Great stay in apartments located in the middle of a beautiful garden.

This was an excellent stay. The apartments are located in a beautiful, peaceful garden where you can relax on sunbeds or have a morning coffee. The location is also great, right next to center of Plakias. In walking distance to the Plakias beach. Rooms were very comfy and spacious, ac did a good job and we all had a good sleep. The owner is very helpful and during our stay was living directly in one of the apartments. Parking is located right next to the house in the garden, easily accessible. It is not the first time I was in Plakias. It is a great place for not only slacking on the beach but also for taking walks/hikes around.

I can't think of any negatives.

Nice and friendly family apartments.

-The Hotel room was very clean. -The owner was very friendly and willing to help us. -The location of the hotel was also great. Everything was at walking distance (beach, restaurants, bars, super market). We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was superbly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The garden and veranda were beautiful and it was wonderful to sit out here after putting out little one to bed. The owner was super friendly and helpful.

Location is amazing, super central but very quite. Easygoing and very nice landlady, treated us with so many things. Flat is super well equipped, very good aircon in both rooms, amazing balcony to chill

Nice, clean, spacious apartman with a great location

Nice, clean, fully equipped, vintage style apartman, with separate bed room and huge terrasse, comfy beds (the sofa bed as well), well maintained garden and private parking, just a few steps away from the beach promenade, full of restaurants and bars. We had an aircon unit in the bedroom and the living room both. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had difficulties to join the owner upon arrival - the phone number on Booking was outdated - but the apartman was open with the keys hanging on the door, so we just entered and made ourselves home :) The owner came a bit later and there was no more issue

Livadi apartments was extremely clean and tidy and with character. Amazing location very close to the main beach. MS Irine is an incredible hostess, very kind and flexible and reflected the Cretan hospitality. The apartments have a lovely back yard full of green which was a treat.

Lovely apartment in Plakias

The apartment is in a very quiet location but very close walking distance to the centre of Plakias. The owner is so helpful and does everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. The facilities are very good and you can cook own meals if you decide not to eat out every day. I will definitely return and highly recommended.

We felt like in home. The appartment is furnished which everything you need and with a great sense of style. There is nice garden with parking place. Plakias is great place for relaxing holiday and location of the apartments is great.

Der Garten ist herrlich! Das Apartment ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und gemütlich :) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Das einzige was hier zu erwähnen ist wäre die Dusche. Es gibt einen Duschvorhang aber das Bad wird halt einfach nass beim duschen. Das muss aber nicht stören ;)

Bekväma sängar, rymlig och trevlig lägenhet, mysig uteplats. Värdinnan hade ställt frukt och vatten i kylskåpet då vi anlände sent. Mycket vänlig!!

Appartamento con giardino stupendo

Posizione ottimale tranquilla ma comodissima al lungomare. Giardino stupendo e curatissimo Ottima cucina molto comoda e accessoriata. Comodo per le escursioni alla spiaggia di Preveli e alle cascate di Kourtaliotiko

Nella doccia toglierei la tenda e metterei un box doccia per evitare di bagnare tutto il bagno.

Appartamento molto carino, in grafo di creare una bellissima atmosfera. Organizzato molto bene anche per le famiglie. Bellissima la veranda affacciata sul giardino molto curato. Inoltre si trova in posizione strategica, a pochi passi dal lungomare e dalle principali taverne. Consigliato!

Gartenblick ging eher auf das Nachbarhotel und deren Pool, war aber nicht laut, im Bad roch es nach Abfluss, ein paar mal spülen oder Duschen und es war weg.
