Excellent location (basically you step out directly on the beach). Superb view towards the Bali Gulf (albeit not all the rooms have the same superb view) Spotless clean (thanks to the lady responsible for service) Very kind hosts Tasty meals in the restaurants (although we would prefer more greek specialities) Excellent value for money Very good supermarket and tavernas nearby Free public parking at a 2 min walk distance

The breakfast could be improved (especially concerning the cold cuts/ham and the coffee)- nothing to bother about, only a suggestion, given the fact that you receive a fix/on table/standard menu. The lack of dedicated parking could be an issue if you move around very often with the car (the public parking-free- could a little overcrowded during peak season especially between 10 AM and 8 PM)

They promised the discount 10% for cocktails and didn’t.

The room was cleaned daily.

The harbour beach was too crowded and there was a smell of gas from the boats, so we went to Livadi beach but it was enough to walk from the location, hills to walk and stairs to climb. but not that big as specified. Quadruple room was not an apartment as described, it was just a room separated by a panel. The wardrobe was too small for 4 people( 2 adults and 2 children)and there weren't enough wires to hang the swimsuits and the towels to dry. We expected to get a room with a sea view and a balcony, but we got one with a small terrace and a side sea view. The bar on the ground floor, which belongs to the same owner, was open until late and it was quite noisy.
