Excellent location though there are lots of steps everywhere. Views are amazing from the rooms, restaurant and bar areas. Reception staff are so nice, very friendly and helpful. Other staff are not rude but don’t seem interested in anything. Food could be better, often cold Dinner ends at 9.30pm but food starts being removed at 8.15. Exceptional value for money

This hotel has a great location, spread out over several buildings. We were put in a room in the block furthest away from the hotel reception, restaurant and pool areas. We didn’t mind this until we had to carry luggage up 151 steep steps to the room! Views were amazing but we couldn’t do that every time we went out and returned so asked for an alternative room. We didn’t mind notice also that the people in this block were the few English guests, all in the same building. The ladies on reception are lovely and friendly and found a room for the following day, next to the main hotel. What a difference! This room was much bigger, more modern and cleaner than the first one. We saw that all rooms near the main hotel were much nicer than the first room and had a high percentage of guests who appeared to be from eastern areas of Europe. Food in the hotel is average, as are the all inclusive drinks. Reception staff are great, many other staff are miserable and rude. We will not return here
