Fab quirky cottage, with big open plan kitchen and living room.

Loved the quirky cottage, very comfortable. Needs a bit of fixing I.e taps in bathroom wrong way round, radiator not working in bathroom. When raised with shielingholidays.co.uk they promptly brought over a free standing radiator. Great setting, beautiful views. Good friendly pub, good food. Steak pie lovely. We would come back. Lovely walk along sea wee cafes and great stocked shop on way to swimming pool

No paths to walk on in opposite direction to ferry, walking to complete Corbett nearby need to walk on road or grassy verge but can drive to it and park up hill nr white cottage

We had a wonderful few days, the cottage was great and our dog appreciated the space (we’d usually go to a hotel)

Its location, although a bit dated, it was very clean and had everything you’d need. It’s a great base to explore, although Craignure doesn’t have much else after 6pm, the pub is welcoming, with great beer and good food though.

The surrounding gardens were unkempt. The shower on off button was broken and the ladder radiator was not connected, so everything felt a bit damp in there.

The location was amazing. Very quiet and stunning views. A pod of 50+ dolphins swam by one day.

Excellent cottage in a fantastic location. Very close to ferry terminal allowing for easy travel to accommodation. Lovely scenery. Spacious living area with well equipped kitchen. Good sized bedroom with comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom.

The mattress on the sofa bed was not very comfortable.

Cottage was very poor. Great views, was clean. Furniture wobbly, stained, old 3 pin lamps, one channel on tv. Way too expensive. Total rip off.

Great location, poor cottage

Ian on reception was extremely welcoming and explained all faciliaties brilliantly. The location was perfect for where we wanted to stay. and had a fantastic outlook and was private.

The 2 bedroom cottage is tired and needs updating. In addttion the one room for kitchen/dining and Lounge was too small and therefore an odd layout. The twin bedroom was really only Ok for Children and again was shabby. Curtains were thin and not hung propertly and the wardrobe was a pole screwed to the wall. The headboard detached from the bed (broke), when leant against. So, I don't think this was good value for money.

This was a lovely place to stay for a few days.

The view out the front of the cottage was stunning! It was warm and cozy inside, quite spacious too. The location was great, very convenient from the ferry and for getting about on Mull. The kitchen was well equipped for self-catering.

The reception office was closed during our stay so we couldn't speak to someone directly when needed. However, once contact was made, the issue was resolved very quickly.

Perfect in every way.

Whilst we had booked a cottage, we were upgraded to a Glamping Chalet. Although initially concerned we were delighted with the accommodation, it was warm, comfortable, fully equipped and met all our needs. I would highly recommend the property.

Basic but functional with outstanding views

Reception were friendly and helpful. After a long day traveling it was great to have such a short journey from the ferry to the property. The view from the window was incredible, and there was plenty of walks and places to explore close to property.

Everything you need has been provided but it just could have been better; the heating was cold, the bed too hard, the shower lacked power and the tv signal patchy. A little bit of a refresh and it could be a wonderful place to stay.

Check in at 5 is pretty late and check out at 10 a bit early for my taste. The one bed is tiny and there would be enough space to put a bigger one in it.

fantastic stay. property was very warm when we arrived as thermostat for heating was at right times

the view was absolutely amazing and where the property is is great as you have to memory to the right and fionnphort to the left. I would highly recommend getting the ferry from lochaline and corran as the views and ferry staff are amazing. you can see the ferry leaving from Craignure to Oban as the cottage is beside the pier

the roads from entrance to cottage are poor as a lot of potholes.
