Property was in a good central location to travel around the island. It was clean and has everything you need. A really nice little property.

A lovely cottage, plenty of space with all the facilities you need. Very cosy, comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen and easy parking. Great walks not far from property and responsive hosts. A perfect hideaway.
Not a huge problem, but the heating wasn't working and it took a little while to heat up the propery. Housekeeping left standalone heaters.

Quite expensive but that’s excepted on mull rally week

Hosts were very communicative and helpful beforehand.
The cottage (no2) was clean, comfortable and spacious enough (2 adults 1 dog), with all necessary facilities and good wifi.
Ideal location for touring Mull to the north or south, and just a few minutes drive from Craignure and Fishnish ferry ports.
On driving to the cottage, pay attention to the '2.2 miles' from Craignure ferry port as advised by the hosts!
A little gate at the right-end end of the outdoor space behind the cottage would have been ideal, so dogs could be let out there off-lead?

Absolutely beautiful place, very clean and everything you may need for self-catering. It's quite central longest drive was over an hour. Lots of places to walk as well. Would definitely stay here again.
There's nothing I didn't like, only the letterbox during the storm and that can't be helped.

Beautiful location, clean and homely with kitchen fully stocked for cooking
Bit cold with just electric heater and fireplace downstairs

Property was as I'd seen in the pictures. Location is very handy for Craignure and the ferry. Cottage was very cosy and had everything we required.
The Wifi let us down but this was as a result of Storm Amy and Vodafone, who had not fixed the mast.

Near the ferry, good location for exploring, clean, comfortable bed
difficult to find at first. Easy to miss. Sofa really hard and uncomfortable

Clean and tidy.
Comfortable bed.
Modern bathroom with nice hot shower.
Close to ferry terminal so not far to travel after getting off the ferry.
Right on the road and the gate was missing on the courtyard (which was on its side round corner) noy great when you have a dog as had to be on a lead when we went out there.
WiFi did not work (owners must be aware or had other complaints as they had written in the guestbook that if it doesn’t work to forget the network and try again).
Other places we’ve stayed for less money and we have been left welcome pack such as wine or biscuits etc.

This cottage was ideal for our stay on the Isle of Mull. It has a comfortable lounge and kitchen area, a spacious bathroom and bedroom upstairs, and kept us very snug during the torrential downpour while we were there. Duart Castle is less than 3 miles away. Tobermory is also worth a visit.
The WiFi was inaccessible during our stay due to problems with a mast on the mainland (outside the control of the host). However, this was not a major problem as mobile internet was absolutely fine.

Location, parking, cleanliness, speedy response from owners with tv problem, warm and cosy on arrival, good kitchen equipment.
Internet almost non existent but believe there was an outside problem.
Needed shower instructions!
Metal kitchen chairs

The cottage is situated off the main road leaving Craignure on the way to Fionnophort. It is quite a secluded, quiet area but central enough for touring the island. The cottage was actually one building separated into three cottages. Despite this it was very quiet and peaceful.
The bedroom and bathroom were reached by ascending a narrow slightly winding staircase. The bedroom looks out onto the water, and when the sun is rising or setting it is quite beautiful.
We took two boat trips, one to Staffa and Fingals Cave and the second to Iona. I would recommend both as places to visit. The path to Fingals Cave, although rocky, was actually easier than I expected.
Nothing the owners can do to improve, but the television and WiFi reception was terrible.

Nothing not to like, lovely cottage very spacious for a couple. Very comfortable with all you need. I forgot to bring the wee bag I have with tea bags and sugar sachets because I need my cuppie in the morning but when we arrived there was some waiting which was lovely! Would definitely stay again, perfect spot for island touring with a Spar nearby for anything you forgot

The cottage was small and quaint. It was good to have cooking facilities. We were two people sharing the one bedroom cottage, not a couple, so one of us used the couch, that opened up into a futon bed, which was relatively comfortable.
The cottage was quite cool when we first arrived. There was a gas fire place, but it was for atmosphere only and did not give off any heat. There was a ceramic heater for heat, but it actually supplied limited heat. Tea bags were supplied as well as very basic dishes, utensils, pots and pans.

Lovely comfy bed in bedroom, nice modern bathroom, quiet location - good to reach all areas of the island with view over loch. Had everything we needed.
Had issue with shower but team were great at getting it resolved quickly. Sofa bed not that comfy (hard) for more than one nights stay. Nice to have private outdoor space but could have done with some weed killer. Back door difficult to lock/ unlock. Wifi not very good - used 4G most of the time.

Needs some tlc, getting a bit tired.

Bramble is a great location being 2 miles from the ferry at Craignure so no lengthy traveling on the return or arrival....remember Mull is almost ALL single track roads.
The cottage is very well equipped, very comfy seating and bed ! Great shower and good sized bathroom. Ideal for a couple. Plenty kitchen appliances microwave , fridge freezer, cooker etc if you wish to cook . Nice table to sit at also.
The cottage was spotlessly clean.
perhaps a little weeding and tidying on the outside of the property wouldn't go amiss. It's not awful by any means but perhaps a little TLC would make a great place fab!! 1st impressions always count.

The communication from the host ahead of arrival was terrific and very detailed.
The location of the cottage was terrific for everything we wanted to do during our visit to Mull.
Would highly recommend. We plan on booking here again in the future.
Nothing that really mattered as two adults. The TV was a bit problematic so would have affected our stay if the kids were with us maybe, but they weren't and we still had a lovely stay.

Location was excellent allowing us to reach all parts of the island in a reasonable time. The scenery was stunning. There was lots of wildlife to be seen.

We particularly liked the washing machine with provided washing detergent. We bought some pegs; we didn’t take any pegs from the property.

Clear bright space - character without clutter,
Fab location for whole island.
Responsive host .
Would have been even better if back garden enclosed- diog ran off when I wasn’t looking . He came back with neighbour who less than impressed.

Cottage was very comfy snd cosy rxcellent position snd views
A warmer duvet on bed would have been nice as it was cold at night
8.0 / 10.0
Location for Birding around the island was excellent. The Rooms were all clean. Lots of little extras like tea coffee sugar. Washing liquid etc.
The gates & fencing around the entrance & parking area were very tatty & even broken. The windows needed cleaning.
The bed was too low (comfortable once in! but getting up & down as people of a certain age do wasn’t easy). King Size would be way better.
6.0 / 10.0
Warm and welcoming, clean, well equipped with four of each item . Small fridge freezer and a washing machine.
Upstairs shower was modern
The upstairs bedroom was nice and the bed was comfortable.
Good communication from the owners
The outside was tired, hole in fence and a shed that was damaged and falling apart.
Plants overgrown
No matching wine glasses
If taking a pet (dog) there is no gate to prevent them running out on to a rural road which can have fast moving traffic.
The Accomadation furniture was okay but did not feel homely. If you are thinking of 4 adults the pull out bed is extremely firm!
Kitchen tap hard to turn off and dripped all the time ( this was mentioned in 2022 in the owners book !

Spacious and cozy, it was very comfortable and great value for money. 10 minute drive from the ferry with on site parking. I was in Mull specifically to bag the Munro on the island. This cottage was a half an hour drive. Self check in was easy and convenient, it took the pressure off having to give a specific check in time. Plenty of kitchen facilities. I would not only stay here again, but have recommended it to othera that may visit the island
Honestly, nothing! It was perfect
8.0 / 10.0
A nice place at a convenient location
no curtain nor shutter at one of the windows in the living room, where 2 of us slept.
8.0 / 10.0
Great location for touring around. All required things were there - washing machine came in handy! The beds were comfortable (kids on sofa bed didn’t complain but i don’t think an adult would have slept well there as the mattress very thin) . A good space for a family of 4 plus dog. Little space out back got the evening sun- lovely. Electric fire sorted the morning coolness.
The mugs were not on par with everything else ( thick cheap ikea ones ), the frying pan was still dirty & had a damaged non stick covering so i chose not to use it. The Shower tray filled up from our first use but i left a note for the cleaners so that’ll hopefully be sorted for the next travellers. We were glad it wasn’t cold as we couldn’t get the downstairs heaters to work but that may have been us ! All in all a very positive experience and good value.

Lovely cottage Bamble 1 for a couple, good kitchen facilities, in fact the cottage had everything we needed
Great outside little courtyard but it could have been a bit tidier. Mainly leaves and the garden needed a bit of attention

Good location for us, near friends we were visiting.
Found the wooden flooring in the bedroom and upper hall slightly irratating.
7.0 / 10.0
Location wasn’t as good as expected, (a bit hard to find) , shower wasn’t great but the cottage was roomy and comfortable, we would have preferred a later check out (10 is quite early considering check in at 5)

Location was perfect for us. Comfortable cottage with great amenities and comfy bed.
8.0 / 10.0
Key was in door with note to tell us we were at the right place which was ideal.
It was a lovely cottage thoughtfully equipped. Great location and beautiful views. We were able to check in 1.5hrs early and we were really grateful for that.
We would definitely stay again, but maybe not at the coldest time of year.
Noting we were there at a very (unusually) cold time of year, the property is heated by an electric stove, ceramic radiators and we had some extra plug in heaters provided. It took a while to warm up and we were very glad of hot water bottles we had brought with us. The bathroom in particular was chilly.
The shower is quite weak.

Bramble Cottage (2) is very comfortable and well equipped. Communication with the owners was excellent as we were delayed by cancelled ferry journeys. They could not have been more helpful. The cottage is well located for a visit to Mull. It is close to both Craignure and Fishnish ferries, and is within a couple of miles from a supermarket, a pub that does great meals, and a petrol station. All three can be hard to find on Mull! Because Mull is not large, it is well positioned for everywhere else you might want to go. Tobermory itself is just 30 minutes away. Highly recommended.

The cottage had a good location.
The cottage could do with some TLC. It was clean but there was rust on the cooker and fridge door. The microwave was on top of the fridge/freezer and too high for me to use.
9.0 / 10.0
Perfect accommodation for a couple and their dog !
Well equipped kitchen with everything you needed
Lovely sunny bedroom and great modern walk in shower
Perfect for exploring the island and chilling out in the evenings
I think a bit more attention to the gardens and in particular the patios would add to the property and add to the charm rather than slabs with weeds be nicer to sit out in with a glass of wine
