About this house rental

One-of-a-kind fully renovated two-story town house in the pittoresque old town of Estepona.
Large roof terrace with city views, open shower and lounge area. First floor with balcony, two-person bedroom and spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower and roof window.
Modern fully equipped kitchen on the groundfloor with dining table and sofa-bed.
Lot´s of light all around. Air conditioning on both floors.

5 min from the beach. Bakeries and tapas restaurants around the corner. Located in a quiet one-way street, between the local barber and shoemaker.

Complete access to the whole house, including roof terrace and lounge.
A baby cot can be added upon request. There is a sofabed for a third adult or teenager. There is also the option to sleep in the rooftop lounge.

You will be received personally and shown around the house. You can get in touch by phone in case there is any need and we´ll try to accomodate you as much as possible.

Enjoy the roof terrace, kitchen and bathroom. Go out and explore Spanish life in the town of Estepona.

This is a quaint little cosy apartment ideal for 2 persons . It has been tastefully redeveloped and has some nice modern touches like the kitchen and shower room . The upstairs rooftop balcony is another lovely feature although we often had to wait until the town cooled down from the hot August sun . Overall a lovely quirky apartment

Location is perfect, right in the heart of Estepona with its variety of bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping and only 5 minutes away from the beach. House was well-equipped and we loved the private roof terrace. However, I would suggest upgrading the bed which wasn’t very comfortable and, whilst there were tourist information leaflets available, I would recommend having a visitors’ book so that recommendations, tips and suggestions could be recorded. There were issues with the WiFi but this was resolved by day 2. We would certainly want to stay there again if/when we return to Estepona.

This apartment was the highlight of our 3 week stay in Spain. Very close to everything in old town. Patrica met us at the apartment and was very nice. Approximately 5 Euro cab fare from bus station, it is walking distance but will take over 30 to 40 minutes. Local bar at the street had many locals, inexpensive drinks, not sure if they served food, close to apartment and very friendly staff Roof top deck has a great view. Grocery stores are closed on Sundays in Estepona, so plan accordingly. Great music collection in the old refrigerator. We would highly recommend. Thanks again, Kal and Meliissa
