About this villa rental
Villa Aqua Bella is a warm and welcoming oceanfront home situated inside an acre of beautifully landscaped tropical paradise, on the luxurious but quiet south shore of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands.
Only 15 minutes from the international airport, in the Turtle Tail area, you’ll only have to relax in your own private home of 3 bedrooms and 4 complete bathrooms.
Take a dip in your own pristine pool, or walk into the turquoise ocean waters beyond. The water is very shallow and calm, perfect for a family with kids and for swimming. Two 2-person kayaks, one single-person kayak, two stand-up paddle boards, and life jackets are provided. You can reach three small islands in a few minutes by kayaking.
This house has high vaulted ceilings throughout. The furniture has a caribbean style that gives you the Island vibe and helps you slow down and relax. All bedrooms and common areas have air-conditionning. The large doors and windows allow cool tropical breezes. Enjoy a calm evening in the screened veranda and look at the sky full of stars.
All bedrooms are spacious, have newly renovated en-suite bathrooms and are equipped with a TV. The master suite enjoys amazing ocean views and doors that provide easy access to the pool deck. The master bedroom has a king bed. The master bathroom features two vanities and a large shower with multiple shower heads. The second bedroom has also a king bed and a bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed and a bunk bed. In the living room, there are two more twin sleeper sofas to accommodate up to 2 more guests. A pack and play is also available for a baby. The fourth bathroom has a bath.
The grocery store is only a 7-minute drive. If you want to prepare your own meals, you will have everything you need in this villa. The kitchen has granite counter tops, high end appliances, a breakfast bar, and two wine cellars. There is a BBQ grill outside. If you prefer to go to the restaurant, you will have plenty of choices, only 10 minutes away. Relax in a spacious living and a lovely dining area. The living room has a big screen HDTV and free wi-fi.
This house has a surveillance system and is gated. The property uses key-less electronic door locks.
Air conditioning is metered and charged back to the guest at a current market rate. Ask for rates for 9 or 10 guests.

This is a classic Caribbean style house that is surrounded by modern concrete behemoths but it is perfect. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are clean. The outside is amazing. We spent days on the small private beach and hours kayaking in the sound. The islands off in the distance are reachable by boat or walking if you wish as the water is about 4 feet deep most of the way out. Boats, floats, chairs, snorkel gear, sand toys, coolers, water shoes.....all there! Water shoes are a must for the island. The location is great......quiet and out of the way. You can get to all of the hotspots on the island from this house in about 30min. WiFi was solid. We streamed music endlessly through the bluetooth speaker system inside and out. Host and staff were pleasant and responsive. Although the wind was constant, the bedrooms on the west side of the house were hot so plan on turning on the A/C at night.....which is an extra fee. We did not opt to heat the pool which was not an issue in late March....early April. The house was the real deal. We had a fantastic time. All the 10/10 reviews are valid.

This place is spectacular! Full advantage is taken of the views, and watching the ocean evolve is mesmerizing. The home is spacious, immaculate, comfortable, well-appointed, tastefully decorated, and modern. The gourmet kitchen has everything one could need, and I cooked nearly every meal here because of food restrictions within our group. There is plenty of space to spread out and also to gather together, and we rotated through all the dining table options. The grounds are lovingly maintained by charming caretaker Meesri, who fielded all of our questions. She has a knack for beautifying, from artfully-folded curtains and towels to fruitful gardens.Being off the beaten path and away from the tourists was perfect for our group, and having a private beach is a luxury. It’s only a short drive to the airport or anywhere you might want to explore. We took advantage of the kayaks and SUP; there is also an arsenal of snorkeling equipment available and life jackets of all sizes.There are games and art supplies provided for people of all ages. Beach towels are plentiful. The spice cabinet testifies to the culinary adventures of previous tenants.J’ai juste un peu de français, mais j’ai apprécié les étiquettes sur les produits québécois dans la maison. Je suis convaincue que le thé au Canada est meilleur qu’aux Etats-Unis. Ou peut-être c’est mieux boire du thé en vacances?If I had one suggestion, it’d be pans that are not Teflon-coated.We would love to revisit this beautiful place.

We had a great vacay at this lovely home. We are a family of 5 ( kids 13, 11, 10) and it had everything we needed to have a relaxing and fun vacay. From kayaking and paddle boarding around the island, cooking dinners in some nights, night swimming while watching a movie on the outside television, and having coffee every morning on the comfy couch overlooking the water- it is hard to leave and head home. We rented a Jeep for the week and were in close proximity to all things on our list. The house manager was a jewel and was there everyday tending to the property making sure the pool was clean and ready for use each day. It had TONS of snorkel gear, beach chairs, bug spray, beach towels, etc. We did not need to turn on the AC and the home was well ventilated by opening the windows. We felt extremely safe and the home has a security system and is nestled behind a locked gate. We are so glad we went this route vs staying in a resort.
