About this villa rental
French Cay Villa boasts exceptional water views and a chef's gourmet kitchen. This Villa is geared towards family or group gatherings and is perfect for anyone wanting relaxation and tranquility. Just a quick 5 minute drive to Grace Bay Beach and only a few minutes to the local supermarket.
This modern-designed two story Villa is comprised of over 5,000 square feet of living space. French Cay Villa's ground floor boasts a large living area with a large screen television. Perfect for watching the game or chilling with a movie. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with anything a chef requires for that perfect meal. The lower level has two king bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
A winding staircase leads you to the second floor where you enter a communal living space; perfect for reading or relaxing. There is an outdoor furnished balcony facing the beautiful blue water where you can sip wine while watching the sunset. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a large ensuite bathroom as well as a small seating area. On the opposite end is another large king sized bedroom as well as a bedroom with two twin beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom.
Each of the 5 bedrooms, living room, and kitchen all have air conditioners that cool the room rapidly.
This property has exterior security cameras.
The property manager lives in a nearby guesthouse and is available by phone during the day and for emergencies after hours.

This honestly is my first time booking through Vrbo / reserving a house instead of a hotel. However, from the time I booked up until our trip Mary Lou and Scott exceeded my expectations during our stay. Mary Lou provided recommendations for transportation, massages, chef, nightlife, excursions, EVERYTHING! We reserved transportation through the Villa with Jerome/Secure Transportation 10/10. Massages were also recommended and they came to the villa 10/10. The villa was clean, spacious and we felt safe. I have no constructive feedback. I will be back! Thanks again for a memorable time in Turks

Great stay. Mary Lou is very attentive to guests. Property is conveniently located. We enjoyed our visit. House is well stocked, especially the kitchen!

The property in person did not look like the pictures... The furniture is different and there is little color, rugs missing, furniture missing, and much smaller than it appears in the photographs. Make sure to bring everything. Only body wash and hand soap are available. The location is amazing, centrally located, quiet, and on the lake. The BEST part of this villa is Mary Lou. She is great, knowledgable about the island, warm, loving, and always there to help you out! She responds quickly and honestly, will do anything for you!
