About this villa rental
Luxury Private Villa (4 bedrooms - each with ensuite bath and walkout) centrally located and perched on a ridge in an upscale private neighborhood, overlooking Grace Bay. Stunning ocean views and just steps from a mostly private beach. Well equipped with many amenities and private heated infinity salt pool. Close to all shopping and activities. Beautiful city skyline views night and day, with occasional firework displays to light up the sky. We have recently refurbished the entire Villa inside and out!
PERFECT LOCATION for everything you could want:
- Top spot to snorkel from the beach at Grace Bay with walk-up beach dining
- Quick 4 min. walk to relaxing beach where our private beach chaises and umbrellas await
- Quick 3 min. drive to IGA supermarket and pharmacy
- Quick 6 min. drive to Salt Mills Plaza at Grace Bay - shops, restaurants, nightlife
- Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and beach areas
- Keyless entry doors and gates
- Fully equipped kitchen with unending appliances and cookware, spice pantry, recipes and drinks books, and 2 guest Island information and ideas books. Walkout to pool deck.

The villa is perfect for families. So much room for privacy, yet you can still all be together. Incredibly well stocked. Beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, snorkeling equipment, coolers, bug spray, kitchen spices. It had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was about three minutes with a beautiful, canopied path. There is a long, steep staircase on the return though. There is a QR code you can scan for food delivery. The house is fully gated and very secure. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the house and the communication with the on island manager. Everyone in my group gave the beds a 10/10. I will surely return.

Villa equipped with every needed comfort, extremely clean and maintained property. Extremely helpful and responsive near-site Manager.'Bests' included the beach location & chairs, ocean view from Master, and comfort of pool.

The pool was enjoyable and had a beautiful view. Our room had an amazing view as well! The house is in a fantastic location for beach walks and a short taxi ride anywhere in Grace Bay! Would definitely come back and stay at Coral View!
