About this villa rental
Modern Beachfront 3 bedroom 3 bath home in high-end residential Turtle tail area.
Sing a Song Villa I is a one of a kind gem. We spared no expense in this development. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, a full view to the oceanside as well as independent sliding glass door access to the pool deck. The great room is a completely open and modern floor plan.
Please note there is construction going on the lot next door to Villa III, just like there is on all parts of the island.
The 16ft sliding glass pocket door disappears into the wall confusing the outdoor and indoor space being that all tile for interior and exterior is the same limestone coral french pattern. With the sliding doors open the indoor kitchen immediately feels like an outdoor kitchen. Independently controlled ac units throughout so you can control the temperature independently in each bedroom but you will probably find you don't even need the ac considering keeping the windows and doors open in combination with the tall ceilings will give you a wonderful cool breeze.
Laundry room with extra-large capacity appliances. State of the art contemporary kitchen with bar-style seating on the island as well as seating for 6 in the dining area giving you a total seating capacity of 10 in the kitchen/dining area. A 55 inch 4k UHD LED TV with apple tv. House has wifi with the best Internet speeds available on the island. Plunge into the 6ft deep end of the pool while awaiting the beautiful southwest Provo cloudless sunsets that are almost an everyday sure thing.
On the patio deck, the Glass railing will never obstruct views as it is literally all floating glass with no banisters or pilings. The Beach for Sing a Song Villa I is private so you will not have to deal with the crowds you see on the resort sides of the island like long bay and grace bay beaches. It is equipped with Beachbeds with Kingsize Mattresses, Beach Chairs, Kayaks, Stand up Paddleboards, Beach Volleyball and also a Life-sized game of Beach Chess!
There are only a couple of other villas on this side of the beach including Villa II & III which you can also rent together with Villa I at a higher nightly rate. However, If a busy beach is what you are craving, Grace Bay beach is just a 10 min drive and you are at the heart of all of Provo's 5-star resorts.
If you enjoy Kite Boarding we have plenty of wind on the southside and you will have the beach all to yourself on most days. The master bedroom shower room allows for a party of two and even in there you will get a full view to the ocean and what we feel is the best-kept secret in beaches on the island, superior to even grace bay. If you want quiet, private and still be close enough to the happening spots this will be the perfect home for you.

The villa is in a nice, secluded spot with direct access to calm, shallow water that’s ideal for kayaking and paddleboarding. We enjoyed jet skis, relaxing by the pool, and having a private chef during our stay. MJ, the house manager, was attentive and very responsive throughout. This was our third time staying here, and it was another great experience!

We just checked out a couple of hours ago and already are making plans to return. This house was perfect for our family. Our toddlers loved the shallow beach and the pool. We loved the views and most importantly, the host who was incredibly quick with responses for every question we had. We will be back!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience staying at Sing a Song Villas. Check in was very smooth, the villa was clean and there were lots of things to do on the property. The weather was perfect, we were able to take advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards not to mention the beautiful waterfront view. It was a nice escape. I look forward to coming next year with our family.
