Cottage Il Gabbro

Siamo arrivate di notte il self check in ha funzionato molto bene . Al buio non ci rendevamo conto di come poteva essere la casa esternamente il parco ecc ….. Al nostro risveglio la sorpresa , una meraviglia immersa nella quiete totale , circondata da soli alberi , la vista è spettacolare sulle colline antistanti . È accogliente molto pulita gli spazi erano più che sufficienti per noi due e il nostro cane che ha potuto godere dello spazio del grande parco . Abbiamo apprezzato il silenzio , la piccola vasca esterna ci ha permesso di avere momenti di relax. Il paese dista a 5 min di macchina ,dove ci sono alimentari bar , degustazione del buon vino di Montescudaio , il mare a 20 minuti di distanza. Un piccolo gioiello che sotto alcuni aspetti andrebbe rivalutato

Vi dico due cose molto importanti che ci hanno lasciate perplesse , una notte è arrivata una fortissima tempesta siamo rimaste chiuse in casa perché sentivamo cadere gli alberi , la corrente elettrica ad un certo punto si interrompe per cui anche l’acqua , non potevamo prendere l’auto perché un grosso albero ci impediva di passare per l’unica strada che porta in paese , eravamo rimaste completamente isolate . La cosa secondo me grave è dico grave per la posizione in cui si trova la casa e che non vi e presente un generatore elettrico d’emergenza , non vi è presente un kit di emergenza nessuna candela ( per fortuna le avevamo portate noi da casa nostra ) e per di più se chiami la reception dopo le 19 di sera nessuno risponde fino al mattino seguente alle 8.30😳 . Certamente se la situazione fosse stata più grave avremmo chiamato il 112 , (sempre se hai il cellulare carico 😊)ma sapendo che il cottage è isolato per qualsiasi evenienza possibile che dopo le 19 ti devi praticamente arrangiare???. Una portineria notturna sarebbe opportuno inserirla a nostro avviso ! Abbiamo dovuto aspettare il mattino seguente per metterci in contatto con la reception dove si sono subito messi a disposizione e ci hanno mandato immediatamente un giardiniere a liberare la strada !Auguro al proprietario del meraviglioso cottage di poter migliorare la questione emergenza di prendersi ancora più cura dei propri ospiti !!! Ringraziamo la responsabile della receptionAlessandra e lo staff per essersi presi cura di noi e non averci lasciati in balia del panico ripeto purtroppo solo dopo le 8.30 . Vi auguro con tutto il cuore di poter migliorare il mio motto “ si può “ !

Eigentlich alles! Es war sehr erholsam und super abgelegen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, das Häuschen selbst ist superschön und es war alles da was man braucht. Alle waren sehr freundluch und die restaurants im umkreis top ❣️

Das einzige was ein kleines manko sein könnte wäre der etwas unwegsame Anfahrtsweg der mit einem normalen pkw in Schrittempo befahren werden sollte. Besser ist aber ein fahrzeug mit mehr bodenfreiheit 😋. Ich würde aber nicht sagen dass es mir nicht gefallen hat, sondern dass wir dieses Thema nächstes mal besser einschätzen ond lösen können 🥰

Бесперечним плюсом є розташування та автентичність помешкання та території. Сам будиночок чудовий, виглядає затишно. У літню спеку прохолодно, будинок в тіні. Територія власна, є ємність із водичкою, де можна окунутися, шезлонги. Чудова природа. Є все необхідне для проживання. Доїхати можна тільки машиною.

1. Не попереджають, що ключі потрібно забирати в іншому місці. За 15 хвилин від котеджу Gabro. Це буде сюрпризом. 2. Вузенька ванна кімната і малесенька душева кабіна. 3. Ліжка не зручні. Вони постійно відсовуються від стінок, катаються. Металева спинка ліжка постійно б'ється об кам'яну стіну вночі і людина просинається. 4. Двері! Це просто звукова кокофонія. Особливо у нічній тиші. Якщо ви хочете сходити тихенько до вбиральні - не вийде, як би ви не намагалися. 5. Не працює кавоварка.

Location was the best thing for me. The cottage is in the valley and the town Montescudaio is up the hill (5min drive). There are no neighbours nearby so my dogs could run happily in the fields everyday. Another big plus, the cottage is in the shade of trees, so even though the temperatures outside was around 32 Celsius the cottage was cool, so no AC or even fan was needed. Internet over wifi was fast and stable. Beds were comfy and clean. The caretaker was helpful and responsive. The beach is around 20 min drive (Marina di Bibbona) Did I mentioned that my dogs loved it? :)

No electric kettle, and no mop to clean the floors (only brooms). Bed in one room had a spring base under the mattress, so when you moved the springs were noisy. But this is nitpicking. :)
