About this apartment rental
The small complex consists of 3 independent apartments. The 125 m² apartment Mimosa can accommodate up to 7 people. In front of the apartment a large shady terrace with dining table, garden chairs and barbecue was built. The ground floor has a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, 4 burner gas stove, electric oven and fridge freezer. It is followed by a small bright living room, through which the 1. Bedroom with double bed and closet reached. From here you also have direct access to a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. A stone staircase leads to the upper floor with 2 further spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each with WC, bidet and shower cubicles. One bedroom also has a small attic room with a single bed. Central heating, fly screens on the windows, satellite TV and WIFI. The entire apartment is well maintained and well equipped, with taste and empathy and gives its guests rest in an individual setting.

Seit 2003 fahren wir mit großer Begeisterung und Zufriedenheit mit Case & Colline in die Region und bereits zum 9. mal auf das wunderschöne Anwesen. Wir sind verliebt in dieses Fleckchen Toskana in allen Belangen. Es stimmt einfach alles: Mensch, Natur und Ambiente. Baccio a voi!
