Beautiful house "Tuscania", 2 storeys, terraced, renovated in 2022. 5.5 km from the centre of Bibbona, outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of Cecina, in a sunny position, 7 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property, natural garden 300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (4 x 7 m, depth 110 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). We enjoyed our time very much at this lovely oasis near Cecina (~10minutes by car). The house is placed between various olive plantations with a handful of other houses, though privacy is given. In certain seasons expect to hear one or the other farming machine for the olive plantation.
The property is well maintaned and huge for kids and dogs to play both inside and outside. The kitchen is really well equipped and doesnt leave any wish open (large fridge, dish washer etc) with an outside BBQ. Equipment and burning material was already there!
There are 2 large bedrooms with a chamber ensuite with desk, cupboard and drawer. Additionally there are 2 bathrooms with WC and shower, one with bidet.
If you are looking for a special place with a large pool which is all well-maintained, this is for you. Electronic cars can be charged free of cost with a wallbox provided by the owner. We had some electric problems where the fuse needed be plugged in again several times per day, though we reported this to the owner.
