Molini 6 is located in the beautiful hills of the Tuscan countryside in the immediate vicinity of the village of Guardistallo in an enchanted and independent oasis about 300 meters above sea level and is about 9 km from the beach.
The 250 sqm. large detached house over 2 floors is surrounded by a well-kept piece of green space of about 3000 square meters.
The ground floor leads through a large entrance that leads to a cozy living room with a large fireplace, overlooking a bright veranda with glazing. In the living room there is also a large dining area, couch / armchair and wifi. You also reach a study room and a large corridor that can be used as a play area. There is a newly furnished, well-equipped kitchen with a stove, large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a bright, cozy dining room with 2 windows and a glass door that leads directly into the garden for BBQ.
The sleeping area, which is connected by a wooden staircase from the living room on the first floor, consists of three large double bedrooms and two new bathrooms with shower cubicle, toilet and bidet. Typical Tuscan antiques were cleverly combined with tasteful modern furniture. A house to feel good and large families will find space to play and have fun, and there is enough space to relax. Central heating is available in the house so that it can also be used in the off-season. Parking space is on the fenced property. Next to the house there is also a brick grill and an outside seating area to enjoy the mild evenings in summer. There are also garden loungers. Dogs are welcome and can enjoy the large fenced property.
