Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La casa è pulita, accogliente e arredata con gusto, dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa.Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.

The sofa/bed in the living area is extremely uncomfortable.
Only 1 hook in the bathroom and nowhere to put your things.
The checkout time is indicated as 11-11:30, well at 10:40 a lady rang the doorbell to ask if we were leaving. We left the property at 11:20 she stayed in front of the door the whole time waiting while we were carrying our stuff to the car. She was polite and chatty however clearly pushing, which was not very nice. We had arrived at 11pm the night before, after being stuck in traffic for 10 hours and travelling with a 4 month old baby (known information) a bit of extra courtesy not to rush us out of the door would have been nice!

La struttura si trova a due passi dal centro storico. Molto comoda, accogliente e curata nei dettagli.
Un punto a favore per il box parcheggio che non è da poco!
La prima sera si è spezzata la chiave del portone di ingresso e il proprietario è arrivato in nostro soccorso in 15/20 minuti. Ha risolto il problema ed è stato molto gentile nonostante lo spiacevole equivoco!
L’appartamento ha uno stile shabby molto curato e un terrazzo veramente grande.
In cucina c’è tutto l’occorrente per stare pochi giorni.
Consiglio all’accoglienza di offrire una guida di Viterbo e biglietti da visita di ristoranti e bar per un servizio migliore. Anche la colazione inclusa, da consumare nella Pasticceria Casantini, potrebbe essere una buona idea! Ovviamente con una maggiorazione di prezzo!

Ho trovato le stanze un po’ fredde, ma fortunatamente i condizionatori hanno aiutato.
Unico neo la pulizia del bagno. Probabilmente l’acqua del rubinetto è molto calcarea e questo ha reso parete della doccia e rubinetteria completamente opachi e bianchi. Cambierei anche il phon che è davvero scomodo da usare perché bisogna mantenere sempre premuto un tasto per usarlo.
