Spacious, comfortable flat in central location.

Spacious apartment with large terrace close to the old town of Viterbo. Quiet. Bathroom close to bedroom - excellent shower. Decor good.

Outdoor seating is made from pallets and placed where it's difficult for all but one person to see the view (it's a large terrace). Living room sofa/spare bed not very comfortable.

Lovely apartment with a great terrace. Check in simple and quick. Would recommend restaurant Kappino for dinner, you can see this from the terrace on the corner. Would definitely book again if in this area.

Fabulous apartment with secure parking

The photos don’t do it justice, it’s a big apartment, with steps up both sides to the bedroom and lounge leading to a huge terrace, purely for your use. We were able to get washing done and dried whilst we were there. Short 5 min walk to the old centre of the town. We paid for secure parking which was next door. You pick up the keys to the apartment from a cake shop back up the road.

No real complaints about this accommodation - warm, cosy and comfortable. We asked to turn on heating and it was done. The sleeping place for children is separte. I mean it's the best place we stayed in Italy during this 10 days trip, and we changed 4 different accommodations, and yet it was the cheapest. Very much recommended!

Great Location , great apartment more like a house that was very spacious with great terrace . Has everything you need including a washing machine for a comfortable stay . Would definitely come back and would highly recommend.

Communication was at times a bit problematic - but this is to be expected with language barriers. Owners did their best . Also instructions in the property were only in Italian - would be helpful if there was an English version also. If your Italian is good this would not be an issue.

Charming place 🥰

Stunning spacious apartment with huge terrace. Comfortable bed, good shower, wifi, washing machine a bonus. Easy self check in and good communication with owners. Very beautifully decorated and actually feels very romantic! Short walk to Old Town but has coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

It is a very pretty place and It close to everything!!.. The apartment is lovely and there are 2 private spaces with Queen beds each. The terrace was nice but it was already getting cold so not that comfortbale . But in the summer it would be lovely.

There was a problem with the heating . It did not work. SO make sure they verify a working heater/airconditioner before you stay. Not having one can really make things uncomfortable. Of course this might just have been an anomally. Also, the parking garage is not worht paying for as it is very hard to get into and in the end we found parking on the street exactly in front of the flat. So we paid for parking ( they probably knew) we did not need.

AMAZING

The house is exceptional. You can feel how much effort and especially how much love Massimiliano put to create a perfect and welcoming house. Even if it’s on the ground floor, it has a huge terrace where you can relax and enjoy. I found everything lovely, from the living room with lots of cushions to the pots with herbal tea (my boyfriend and I had some Arancio and papaya tea), from the handmade crafts all over the house to the intimate bedroom. Thank you Massimiliano. P.s we also liked the the bartender where we collected the apartment keys’.

Un appartamento delizioso!!

Ho soggiornato una notte a Le Piagge ed è stata un'esperienza piacevolissima!! L'appartamento è molto bello, curato in ogni dettaglio e pulitissimo. La posizione è centrale e comoda per gli spostamenti. Non ultima per importanza la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario che si è reso disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza. Spero di poter tornare e consiglio vivamente di soggiornare alla Casa Vacanze Le Piagge...complimenti!!

Luci e ombre al Pilastro

L'appartamento è molto ampio e grazioso, arredato in stile shabby chic e completo di tutto. Inoltre è dotato di un magnifico terrazzo. Note negative: per accedere agli ambienti vi sono dei gradini piuttosto alti, alcune prese elettriche non sono funzionanti, non c'è una lampada accanto al divano letto, il bollitore è inutilizzabile in quanto privo della caraffa interna, la porta del bagno è danneggiata e quindi la chiusura risulta difficoltosa. Il quartiere non è tra i migliori e se non si ottiene il box auto non resta che parcheggiare a pagamento in Piazza dei Caduti. Per la colazione, la pasticceria dove si ritirano le chiavi è eccezionale.

All'arrivo presso la pasticceria dove avremmo dovuto ritirare le chiavi, abbiamo scoperto che l'appartamento da noi prenotato era stato già assegnato ad altri, così come l'unico box disponibile. A seguito delle nostre insistenze, abbiamo ottenuto lo scambio delle chiavi e la pulizia del bagno che era già stato utilizzato, ma per il box non c'è stato nulla da fare, in quanto già pagato dagli altri clienti. Organizzazione da rivedere!

Una sola notte...ma ci ritornerei!

Appartamento pulito dotato di tutti i servizi con un terrazzo grandissimo...nulla da dire! Top...abbiamo portato con noi il nostro cagnolino che è stato accettato benissimo! Lo raccomando a tutti.

La zona in cui si trova è frequentata da persone non troppo raccomandabili di notte... ma non è una colpa dei gestori dell'appartamento sicuramente!

Un ottimo punto di riferimento!!

Appartamento davvero grazioso e accogliente. Diverso dalla "normalità"!! Molto pulito e spazioso. Posizione ottima, tranquilla e a due passi dal centro storico; vicinissimi a molti servizi tra cui il supermercato, bar pasticceria e diversi locali ristoro. Se si arriva con auto propria, suggerisco la prenotazione del box attaccato all'abitazione, super comodo. La terrazza è grandissima, noi abbiamo soggiornato in inverno, deve essere ottima per le sere di primavera-estate. Proprietario molto cortese e disponibile. Ottimo punto di riferimento!!

Una bella terrazza con un bel panorama, bell'arredamento, comodissima la possibilità di usufruire del box. Ottima posizione.

In generale tutto bene unica pecca la doccia era veramente piena di calcare su vetri, rubinetteria e sul muro.

Breve soggiorno visita città piu' terme.

L'appartamento è carinissimo, grazioso, arredato con gusto e con spazi giusti per 3 persone. Presente box auto a pagamento. L'appartamento è dotato di una grandissima terrazza con una bella vista sulla città. Letti comodi, cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. A due passi dal centro, la posizione è molto comoda per visitare il centro storico a piedi. A pochi metri ce un'ottima pasticceria (dove si fa il check in), bellissimo locale con ottimi prodotti per la colazione. Che dire, ci è piaciuto tutto, peccato la permanenza troppo breve!

Si può fare di più!

Appartamento carino, abbastanza silenzioso, si trova al piano terreno ed ha una bella terrazza.

Entrare in un appartamento in tre a fine settembre e non trovare nella cucina tovaglioli di carta ed una semplice ma sempre gradita bottiglia di acqua ci ha sorpreso molto, perchè essendo degli atleti amatoriali, due-tre volte al mese ci troviamo a dormire fuori casa nei weekend per partecipare a gare della nostra disciplina, e negli appartamenti precedenti è sempre accaduto, così come anche spessissimo accade di avere a disposizione generi per la colazione, che poi noi regolarmente non usiamo perchè portiamo i nostri, ma è il gesto che fa la differenza. Inoltre, come detto prima, eravamo in tre, ma abbiamo avuto solo due asciugamani per la doccia. All'interno della doccia stessa, c'erano ancora due bottigliette di shampoo/bagnoschiuma VUOTE e non buttate dalla precedente pulizia. Un solo cuscino a testa, molto...troppo alto, senza trovarne almeno uno-due diversi nell'armadio, non va bene, perchè l'adattarsi può anche essere ok, ma chi si trova a dormire fuori casa deve poterlo fare senza dover perdere la notte insonne e dei cuscini di scorta negli armadi, così come li si trovano negli hotel, è auspicabile trovarli anche negli appartamenti.

Appartamento molto bello praticamente in centro

Bellissima la terrazza, posizione buona per visitare Viterbo a piedi , materassi comodi, appartamento molto bello, ben arredato .

Cucina con poche stoviglie e poche pentole, per noi che siamo rimasti solo due notti va bene, ma se fossimo rimasti di più sarebbe stato veramente poco. Pulizia della cucina da migliorare.

La sporcizia generale della città di Viterbo e delle aree pubbliche vicine alla location verso il centro storico hanno ridotto le mie aspettative sulla mancanza di rispetto della bellezza monumentale e culturale cittadina . Servirebbe un'attenzione maggiore a tale aspetto turistico anche da parte delle amministrazioni e delle forze di polizia, molto attente però ad elargire contravvenzioni sui parcheggi totalmente a pagamento nelle vicinanze.

Magnifique appartement

Magnifique appartement décoré avec goût. Nous avons très apprécié ce havre de paix avec la grande terrasse, et le fait de pouvoir faire une lessive, étant en notre pèlerinage sur la Via Francigena, était un vrai luxe.
