The hosts are nice and welcoming. The view of the sea is beautiful. Parking is free.

There are narrow, steep stairs to the room, there could be difficulties with luggage. The room and especially the private bathroom are very small. There is no place to store luggage. Average cleanliness - there is a washing machine in the bathroom, which contained dirty towels, the waste bins have not been cleaned. Apartments are suitable for one night stay. There is no possibility to have dinner nearby, there is no kitchen in the apartment.

We chose the accommodation because it seemed close to Genoa. On the contrary, it is a 50-minute drive from the center of Genoa. There is nothing nearby, so you should be prepared for that. There is not much parking even in the area, so you should be prepared for longer walks. The cleanliness has been commented on in the comments, I only saw the garden, it was very tidy. My biggest problem was that the host was not on site at the time booked, although I had announced our arrival (with child) in advance. After more than two hours of waiting, no one answered the phone number provided, no one called me back, we could not get into the accommodation, so we left the site. We paid for the accommodation in advance, so I feel we have been scammed. We also complained on the booking site. I would not recommend it to anyone!

The staff is quite helpful. A lot of clean towels, beautiful view. We've got an extra bed for our child, offered from the staff, with no extra charge.

The place was too small, there was no kitchen, no essential cosmetics to take a shower. The smell of artificial air perfumes was too strong, they were used due to the mold smell, even though we didn't see any.

Marvellous view 😍. You can enjoy viewing the sea from a very nice terrace equipped with a barbecue stuff. Very quite location and easy to park the car which is an another advantage. A very Friendly owner who clearly introduced the room equipment and places to visit was also an added value 😊

Great view, conveniently located

The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful in describing the area and things to do. The B&B is located at the top of a hill and has a wonderful view of the sea and surrounding area. It's near a slightly more suburban district called Nervi with its own restaurants and beaches, which were great to explore when we didn't feel like going into the city. Rather than drive into Genova, we found it very easy and convenient to take the 17/617 bus that travels down the main street at the bottom of the hill. The stairs up and down were a bit of a hike, but it was an effective way to burn off a little extra food and drink!

Very good and cosy Appartment, the owner is very friendly, very good Italian breakfast. The view from the terrace is gorgeous. a small pool and barbecue in the garden. We did not use them but it suits a family holiday very well. Our cat was also very happy. We were very happy with everything!!!

Only absolute trifles: 1. The wardrobe and fridge (without a freezer) were too small. 2. the way back from the beach required some effort, as we had to walk up the hill for more than 1 kilometre, which was not a problem for us by the way.

Calm with a great view

Simple and clean room with a great view on the Mediterranean Sea. Host Claudio welcomed us with a smile. We liked the very complete breakfast and appreciated our own coffee machine ... in the bathroom. Hopefully we will be back in the summer to check out the jacuzzi on the small private terrace.

Ventilation in the bathroom (no windows) is noisy but stopped when the main light is off.

Great holiday!

The view from the B&B is incredible. Nice spot! Couldn’t ask for nicer and more helpful hosts! :-) They also picked us up from the airport and dropped us off for a fee. Breakfast was great and they provided vegetarian option for me. Beach is a 15 minute walk straight down the road, once you come off the mountain onto the main road.

The walking down the mountain to the main road is fine, but walking back up can be quite tiring! So be prepared for the walk. It is worth it for the location though!

Sarebbe stata una bella vacanza, ne non avessi soggiornato alla Casa dei Limoni, che sconsiglio.

la posizione è molto bella, positiva la proposta di cambio stanza, da me ricevuta dietro mie lamentele, che però non ho accettato in quanto il parcheggio moto in area tranquilla era uno dei miei criteri-base per la scelta

* Primo, la camera VA RINNOVATA, interno ed esterno, che potrebbe diventare un plus. Esempi? tenda sole a brandelli e tende che isolano dal vicinato usurate, con ganci mancanti. vasca esterna Idromassaggio sporca. Ho dovuto cercare la spina e trovare anche dove collegarla (ad una presa esterna a norma? non credo proprio). Inutilizzabile per che tenga un minimo all'igiene personale. * Secondo, la pulizia. Interna appena decente, esterna da dimenticare. Io valuto essere passato un anno dall'ultima volta. ed ero a inizio stagione. Inaccettabile * Terzo la prima colazione. Cialde caffè contate (2 al gg), croissant industriali di infima qualità, confezionati nei sacchetti, il tutto da hard discount, ma dei peggiori * Quarto, il parcheggio auto in strada dove non ci sono spazi dedicati. Speranza che la polizia locale non passi. Io ero in moto e mi sono rifiutato di lasciare l' il mio mezzo, che sarebbe rimasto in salita e inclinato oltre l'accettabile. Ho dovuto parcheggiare dove mi era stato espressamente vietato, un vero peccato * Finisco con le foto e la descrizione, che ho trovato ingannevoli
