Die Wohnungseigentümer waren freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich.

Auf den ersten Blick sauber aber mit einem unangenehm Geruch, in der Wohnung. Etwas zu wenig Reinigungsmittel. Im Umkreis keine Parkmöglichkeiten.
