Come enjoy our Kings' Club golf membership. Our condo is ready for your vacation in paradise! Bring the family or a few couples and enjoy the resort life in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Located on the fourth hole of the Waikoloa Lakes Course you can play a round or you can sit on the lanai and watch! Our Kings Club GOLD membership allows our guests to play golf at a very discounted rate ($75 prior to 9:30 am $50 after 9:30am and clubs can be rented for $25- rates are subject to change).
You can walk to The King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace which offer a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and activities to keep you as busy as you want to be. A "luxury" movie theater with food and drink services to your seat. Bring your sunscreen as the condo is walking distance to the beautiful Anaeho'omalu Beach where you can lounge, snorkel, paddle board, or just people watch. Right outside the entrance to the complex is King’s Petroglyph Trail, an amazing piece of history!

The property was beautiful. We had plenty of space for six people which met all of our needs and was as exactly as advertised. We had a great time visiting the beaches and waterfalls around the island. Our personal favorite was Beach 49, a beautiful black sand area that we lucked out on because it was empty. Paul and Trenae were amazing hosts giving us recommendations and advice for several parts of our trip.

As a family of 5, we often have to squeeze into spaces meant for 4. This condo was great - no squeezing! Table seats 6 and there were 4 beds. Great for our family, including two teens who like their space. We loved the abundance of towels, including neach towels.

Trenae and Paul’s place was great. This is our third stay in this complex and this is by far the best. Loved all the room to spread out and they had everything we needed for our 5 week stay. We’ll definitely be back.

We loved our stay in this Big Island unit. The condo was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. We loved having so many chairs and umbrellas available and there was even a full supply of sunscreen. The grounds were great with an amazing pool and wonderful golf course views.

The condo was clean, quiet and well appointed. The grounds are well kept and the pool is a nice place to cool off. The condo is within easy walking distance of the King shops and the Queen’s marketplace. We enjoyed the condo very much.

Our family had a great time staying here. The teenagers loved that they could walk to shops and I felt completely safe with them doing so. My husband and I got to walk down the restaurants and both enjoy some drinks because we didn't have to drive, that was really nice! The pool is very close to the condo and the kids enjoyed their time there. The location was great and lots of beaches in driving distance. We even walked to the one closest to the condo and it was a nice beach (too far to walk and lug all of our stuff though, so we ended up driving to a few different beaches during our stay). Overall, we had a great time!

This unit is perfect for a family trip. We traveled with a group of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and 1 near-teenager), and the setup was great. The location was convenient for many activities, and the beach equipment was much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

This was our 2nd time to the Big Island and to Trenae and Paul’s condo. They are very responsive hosts and have stocked their condo with everything you need - from kitchen and bath items to everything you need for the beach. Their condo is clean and homey, is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and A-Bay, and only a few driving minutes away from some of the best beaches on the island. Having breakfast on the lanai is one of our favourite things. We definitely their condo and give it a 5 stars.

Our stay at this property was everything we wanted and expected it to be based on the listing. The check in/check out process was seamless. In fact, Trenae went out of her way to accommodate me when I texted her after checking out that I had forgotten my charging cords! She allowed us to return back to the property almost 4 hours later and retrieve them…so grateful!! They have everything you need—from a fully stocked kitchen, to shampoo/body wash in the bathrooms, to all the beach gear we needed for our week stay. The only thing missing was a pizza pan and cutter! :) The Vrbo was very clean and well maintained. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return if the opportunity allows. We have stayed at several properties in the Waikoloa Resort area and if you are on the fence about this one look no further!

Our family had an outstanding stay in Trenae and Paul’s unit at Fairway Villas. The exceptionally clean condo is convenient to all Waikoloa amenities including A Bay Beach and King’s and Queen’s Markets. Everyone in the complex was very welcoming and they even invited us to their New Year’s Eve event. The pool and gym are convenient to the condo. Trenae and Paul are extremely responsive hosts and committed to ensuring the best stay possible for their guests. Five stars in all respects!

I highly recommend this condo. The location is great. The owners are easy to work with. This had everything we needed. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. Good parking in the complex, access to the golf course. The local shops are walking distance including a great food market. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, well furnished. We loved sitting out on the lanai watching the golfers and enjoying the sunshine. Nice to be able to access the garage and all the beach gear. The loft/view made the bit of teleworking i had to do while on vacation very enjoyable. Hosts friendly and easy to work with.

This condo is the perfect home base for visiting the big island. The owners have taken every effort to make your stay enjoyable- from the toiletries they leave in the shower to the beach towels and paper goods that make your stay less stressful, knowing you don’t have to run to the store immediately. The property manager came out asap to fix a broken toilet seat. The condo is immaculate and the view from fhe lanai is gorgeous. I’m missing this place already….thank you Trenae and Paul

We had such an amazing time staying at the condo for our week in the Big Island. The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I plus our three college age kids. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked with everything we needed, and the selection of beach gear made our trips to the water a breeze. We definitely hope to be back again!

This was our second stay at Trenae and Paul's wonderful condo, and it was even better than the first! The condo was clean and well stocked, and we were thrilled with the new massive and luxurious walk in shower in the main bathroom. What sets this condo apart from most is that it is clear that the owners treat their condo as a second home, and not just a vacation rental. Personal touches are everywhere, but not too many that you feel that you are in someone else's home. It's spacious and truly lovely, and the lanai is just the right size to wake up with a cup of coffee, enjoy a meal, or play board games with the family. My husband, son and nephew took advantage of the Kings Course Golf Membership and had a great time playing 2 rounds at great rates. The rental clubs were well priced at only $25, and were brand new two week old King Cobra Aerojets. My husband is still dreaming about how wonderful it felt to play with such nice clubs, and he shot the second highest round of his life. The course staff were awesome, and were very patient with my son, who is not the best golfer but eager to learn. It's nice to know that they are so accommodating to beginners, and makes me want to give it a try next year! I can't say enough about how wonderful this condo is, how well the complex is maintained, and how nice it is to watch the sunset from the infinity pool or from the lanai. I would not hesitate to book this condo again and again, and can't wait to return next year!

We loved our stay here! The condo was clean and really comfortable for our family. It was great to have access to beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The balcony has a beautiful view of palm trees and the golf course. We sat outside every night before bed! The location cannot be beat. It’s a short walking distance to the Kings shops, the beach, and the Marriot. We loved taking walks on all of the sidewalks leading from the condo to the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Very modern and clean condo. The condo had everything we need and more. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! There was so much beach accessories in the garage. We all loved the pool especially my 8 year old! The only downer was that kids under 12 could not use the hot tub.

We’ve stayed at around eight different units in Fairway Villas and I loved the layout of this one. It gives you more space with the loft but also I love that this owner got rid of the tub so that the renter has a nice, big shower which is way more convenient and nicer than the bathtub with a small shower. The unit had everything we needed including some things for cooking and chairs/umbrella/boogie boards for the beach. I also love that Fairway starting heating their pool about two years ago which makes it so much more pleasant. We came from Maui with three pools that were unseated and it wasn’t pleasant at all. The owners of this unit were very responsive to our inquiries and sent everything we needed to access the property in plenty of time so that we felt ready for our trip. I would absolutely rent this unit again! We had an exceptional stay here!

The property was as described and was very well appointed. The only thing we had to shop for was food and drinks. The condo had everything we needed. Trenae was very nice to deal with and was very accommodating based on our last minute changes due to flight issues. Very close to shopping and beach. Very short walk to pool and grilling area. Best perk was the golf membership at Waikoloa Golf. 5 minutes away and a great price. Easy booking online for tee times and allowed us to get 18 holes in before 11am so we had the rest of the day to explore. Mahalo Trenae for sharing your wonderful property!

My parents were celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary. I picked this place based on location, detailed unit description, and photos. In person I was happy to discover the condo was honesty and accurately represented as to what was depicted from the website. We loved it! Clean. Airy. Well appointment. Everything serviceable/in good working condition. Gracious and caring hosts. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay again.

We were refunded the cleaning deposit, as when we arrived the cleaning was not complete. My family and I had to fold the laundry that was not done & left in the dryer, Return floor rugs to the bathrooms, showers dirty. Cockroaches in the hallways. After returning home, we were told everything was great but getting deposits back were a hassle. Then when we finally got deposits back, 2 months later the owners put a claim for damage of refrigerator to get a new refrigerator. We never damaged anything. Fraudulent and dishonest!!! Do NOT rent!!!
