About this apartment rental
Give the whole group a place to land after a sandy A-Bay morning: a shaded lanai, outdoor kitchen, and room for everyone to stay for dinner instead of splitting up. This three-bedroom, three-bath Waikoloa Beach Villas condo sleeps eight and brings together a gourmet kitchen, a primary suite with its own balcony, and a bonus loft with a sleeper sofa and desk. Two resort-style pools, hot tubs, and a fitness center make staying in just as appealing as heading out. Dining and shopping are across the street, and A-Bay is minutes away for snorkeling, sand, and sea air. With air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and 1,725 square feet to spread out, it is made for a larger family, grandparents included, or a friends' trip that wants real space.
The Space:
The home is arranged for group time without crowding: a gourmet kitchen for shared meals, a large sectional and 50-inch TV in the living area, plus a shaded lanai with an outdoor kitchen and golf-course outlook. The primary suite has its own balcony, and the loft's sleeper sofa and desk add useful flexibility. Three bedrooms and three baths sleep up to eight guests.
Guest Access:
Guests at Waikoloa Beach Villas enjoy access to the shared pool, hot tub, and open air fitness gym, plus beach access and golf course front grounds. The complex offers a private garage, elevator access, and beautifully landscaped surroundings throughout.
The Neighborhood:
At Waikoloa Beach Resort, the pleasures are close together: A-Bay for a beach day, Queens' Marketplace for groceries or a casual meal, and Kings' Shops for another dinner option. The Kohala Coast stays sunny most of the year, and the resort's lava fields, golf courses, and old fishponds make even a simple walk feel distinctly Hawai'i Island. Snorkeling, boat trips, hula programs, and dolphin excursions are all easy to arrange nearby. This area is especially kind to multi-generation groups because there is something close by for every pace.
Getting Around:
Kona International Airport is roughly 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive up the Kohala Coast. A rental car is recommended to reach beaches, restaurants, and the resort area's shops with ease. Waikoloa Beach Resort keeps some shopping and dining walkable, while nearby beaches and Waikoloa Village are a short drive. Parking is generally available in resort lots or on site at most properties.
Other Things to Note:
Parking: designated garage parking for one car, plus one unassigned space in the general parking area available on a first come, first served basis. This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.
