Two resort-style pools, hot tubs, and a fitness center make staying in just as appealing as heading out. Dining and shopping are across the street, and A-Bay is minutes away for snorkeling, sand, and sea air. The out door kitchen BBQ valve from propane tank was leaking. Gas accumulated under the BBQ. Gas did not go thru line to grill. Could not light grill but gas leak was dangerous. This problem had been mentioned in guest book prior to our arrival. BBQ by pool very clean.The water and ice did not work on refridgerator.Ice machine access drawer was frozen in place.Did not defrost freezer to see if would repair problem.Carpet thru out was very dirty with many spots from spills. Otherwise, kitchen, baths were clean and functioning.Amazingly, lack of ants, geckos and cockroaches. Very good. Outdoor grounds were very well kept. Pool, hot tub and work out club house very nice.Location adjacent to shops and restaurants ideal.

We had a great stay in this condo--I really appreciated the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The condo was in an excellent location in the complex as it was on the end of the building. In addition the location in Waikoloa was excellent--close to restaurants, shopping & beaches. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils and a dining table for 8 inside with another one on the patio. One thing I spent a lot of time shopping for was a unit with a BBQ on the patio of the unit and there is one advertised with this condo. Unfortunately, only half of it works so I think people should know this prior to booking.All in all we had a wonderful time staying in this unit & I wouldn't hesitate to do so again!

We have stayed at more than 15 various condos in Waikoloa Beach Villas for at least two weeks at a time over the past several years and most have been delightful. This condo, while providing adequate space for our large group, had carpets which were worn and stained in many areas, the living room sofa was extremely worn and as well as torn, the coffee table covered in scratches and obviously worn, there was no smart tv in the living room so no streaming capability, one of the outdoor chairs was torn with stuffing coming out and several of the beach chairs were broken. All of this was disappointing but could be overlooked (even at which were not insignificant prices) but on our last night we experienced a heavy rain. During the night we realized there were three separate leaks in the ceiling of the master bedroom necessitating the move of our personal items and placing bowls on the floor to catch the water. We notified Vacasa immediately about these obviously serious leaks and we never heard back. There was also no way to contact Vacasa before arrival to ask about the availability of baby equipment without enduring extremely long wait times. Over all their management of this property was unacceptable.
