Nice stay; less than optimal sleep
Super clean Near groceries, although they were over priced starter coffee, lots of pots and pans, blender & cooking utensils, starter of laundry soap Had a nice little cooler to bring to the beach pool and BBQ withing easy walk Deck was beautiful for morning and evening When we needed something the management was quick to respond
Bed was too soft to sleep well No starter for cooking: not even salt or pepper, no oils, no foil - made it expensive and difficult to cook at the condo The people tending the golf course (which was beautifully at our back door) STARTED AT 5 am with lawn mowing and blowing machines. : ( It was loud - especially because we like to sleep with the window open. No beach chairs or umbrella and it was expensive to rent them.

Unit was well-located and comfortable but decor is pretty banged up and it could use a paint job.
Location, pool, easy access, elevator helpful with heavy luggage.
Property managers were never there. Unreachable. Our living room tv didn’t work and we couldn’t get help. Our master bathroom bathtub had no hot water and plug didn’t work . Master bath lighting was weak. Couldn’t apply makeup. Toilet paper was super cheap.

Love the location!!
Walking distance, about 1/2 mile to King and Queen shops. The ground is well maintained. Our unit is facing the golf course, enjoy the openness and watching golfers passing by.
The unit needs some upgrade, carpet needs to be replaced by wood floor. Furniture and linen are not that bad but can use some update.

Very good
Easy walk to best local beach and to shops in the complex. Well marked and very interesting trails through local cultural sites. Extremely well landscaped and kept. Very quiet for such dense housing.
Only disappointment was the lack of a couple of beach chairs and a beach umbrella. It would be nice if a few basics were in the kitchen like salt.

A few item in the unit needed attention. Tv screen had lines in it, dishwasher door needs repair, lacking a lot of things in the kitchen. Normally not such a big deal but right now over half the restaurants are closed and you need to cook some.
Invest in newer tv for $300 at Costco. Add a few more useful items in kitchen Buy a set of fry pans at Costco fir $30 that are not so beat up. And a couple of new plastic cutting boards. A whisk, lemon squeeze, sharp knives.
