Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking spot. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Parking pass must be on the dashboard. Parking Passes will be in unit upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.

Waikoloa Fairway Villas L4 is townhouse style end unit in the L Building. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

Please note: Per the HOA rules at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in or around the spa/hot tub area.

The Waikoloa Fairway Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located nearby the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Great condo. Dishwasher and downstairs twin mattresses need to be replaced. Dishes had to be washed before putting into the dishwasher. Additional bath towels and washcloths would have been nice, but the washer and dryer made it work. Having dish and laundry soap was very helpful and appreciated. We had a great time and likely will stay here again.

This is a nice property with a good location. It was well equipped.Upon arrival, I was immediately struck with a sense that the pictures online were nicer than the actual unit. The feeling of grandeur in the main photo was just not there.As to specific concerns, the kitchen appliances seemed dated. The living room sofa was shabby at best. There were stains on the carpeting going up the stairs. The air conditioning in the main bedroom was very noisy, to the point that I had to use earplugs, and the blower of cold air was way too strong.The downstairs sliding glass door was very difficult to close to enable the air conditioning to turn on.All in all, the unit was acceptable, but was much more expensive than what we felt was appropriate under the circumstances.

We had 6 adults and 1 teen in our group and the unit was spacious enough for all of us. The pool and gym are right outside the door. The unit is very well appointed with everything you’ll need! Chairs, cooler, travel cups and umbrellas were all provided. The Queen and Kings markets are within walking distance. This unit is in a great location and very clean. Great place to stay!

We really like the property from quick check in, pool is just next to it. Its big. All of our necessities were there even beach chair/umbrellas. No complains really. We had an amazing time! Highly recommended and will not hesistate to book here again given a chance. Mahalo!

This was our first visit to the Big Island. We had no idea where to stay but had heard great things about the Waikoloa area. I searched Waikoloa and found multiple units but there was something about the condo we chose that stood out. As with many rentals, you sometimes don't know what to expect upon arrival. We were pleasantly surprised. The condo we rented was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family of five, three of which are college students. The condo was very spacious and the owners provided everything a family would need for a week's stay. We cooked "in" a couple of nights and appreciated the close proximity to the grills and we were simply steps from the pool. And, it was nice that while others had the car for day outings, others could walk to the beach or to grab a cup of coffee at nearby coffee shops. My husband and son also enjoyed a round of golf. I would highly recommend this condo and location to family and friends. However, be aware of the many strict neighborhood rules. :). They make it very known that this is NOT a party neighborhood, which was fine for us because that's not what we were looking for anyway.

We really enjoyed this place! The location in the community could not have been better. The proximity to the pool and the bbq’s made the time at the condo really enjoyable. Parking for a second car was a little difficult on a couple of night when we returned late. But overall we had a great time.

This property is located very near the pool and workout area .at ground level It was perfect for our family of grandparents, parents/ adult kids and grandchildren. Being near the pool , we were concerned about the noise level, but the whole place is very respectful and pretty quiet! Kings and Queens shops right outside the premises- so convenient! We used the pool pass for the Hilton and the children were in heaven- parents too, as everyone was entertained. All the amenities you need for a great time on the Island. Would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed this condo. The location to the pool, exercise equipment barbecue, garbage, and stores was fabulous. We enjoyed the pool pass to the Hilton resort and the pool outside our back door. We ate outside on the patio nearly every day. The ground gardens are so lovely and groomed nicely. The condo was clean and we were grateful for the beach chairs and umbrella even though it was missing the spike end. We traveled often to other close by beaches. Thank you for a safe place with fantastic amenities. We would love to stay again.

The property exceeded my expectations. The interior was nicer than even the pictures which doesn't happen often. Location to pool and bbq is ideal. Two big bedrooms with their own bathrooms is very nice. Lots of windows downstairs and upstarts to enjoy the beautiful grounds and make the place bright. Parking very convenient.

From booking to arrival, staying to departure this was a delight. Two master bedrooms made sharing with friends easy - both are beautiful. The town house is perfectly appointed and had everything we could want. Location is fantastic steps to the pool and a short walk to A-Bay - the passes to the pools at Hilton Waikoloa were the cherry on top! Our host communication was clear and timely which helped make our vacation stress free!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo. First the pros; it’s bright, spacious and airy, conveniently located near shops, restaurants and the pool, and a quick and easy drive to the airport. Comfortable beds, lots of extra towels & linens. Fully equipped kitchen. Hilton pool pass - a huge bonus! Now the cons. I took away 1 star mainly for cleanliness - most of which can be very easily addressed. The shower curtain liners were gross and desperately need replacing. Bathrooms need a deep clean. One toilet had a mold ring around the bowl and the light fixture flickers like it has a loose wire (potentially safety hazard) I found a dead cockroach in the master bath and a live cockroach inside my shoe. (Maybe common in Hawaii but yikes!) One last issue is the master bedroom has very little privacy. It has a window that looks down in the main living area so you can hear EVERYTHING. Also the master bath has no door. Not a big deal for us but for others this may be a challenge. If you are a clean freak then maybe this place is not for you, but otherwise I’d recommend it.

Great: Location, nice place, lots of space (family with 7), Hilton pool pass, beach gear (snorkels, chairs, umbrellas, etc.). Minor room for improvement: None of the adults slept great, so the beds were average at best and no extra pillows. Overall, it was a great place to stay and the property manager was quick to help with any issues.

We loved the condo, the lanai, the proximity to the grills and pool. The beds were very comfortable and 3 bathrooms were great for our family of 5! The proximity to shopping, restaurants and great beaches was perfect. And Kim was super friendly and helpful when we checked in. The only bad thing about this stay was that we didn’t book it for longer!!

We enjoyed every minute we stayed in this beautiful condo! The location was perfect with the fitness room and pool basically just outside our door. We could also walk to shopping at the Queen’s and King’s shops which were very close. It was a 10-12 minute walk to A Bay and 15-20 minute walk to the Hilton pools. We could sit on our lanai and watch people play golf. The condo itself was very clean and setup wonderfully for our family of 8. Management was easy to contact and very helpful. I hope we have another opportunity to stay here again!

Loved our stay here. Plenty of room for our family of five, plus gramma. Location and access to amenities was great. Easy walk to Kings and Queens shops. The Hilton pool pass was a nice bonus. The unit itself had everything we needed. The only reason we put 4 stars under cleanliness was because there was some pretty heavy dust on a lampshade, a coffee mug wasn’t clean and the master shower grout appeared dark in spots, which may or may not have been mold. All in all, very minor things. We really enjoyed the condo (felt safe and exclusive), the location and convenience of nearby shopping and restaurants.

Great place to stay. We have stayed in 3 other units here & this one was nicely decorated & has everything you need except beach chairs..only 2 & unit sleeps 8! We were very disappointed with cleanliness of this unit, so had to clean a few things before ourselves on arrival. Glass tables & stovetop had been wiped with a dirty cloth & looked awful for example. However great response when I reported the condition of the unit. I just was disappointed that we were charged for cleaning!! I really think that fee should have been reimbursed considering the condition. The floors hadn’t even been swept or washed. Anyway we had a wonderful time in spite of this.
