About this apartment rental
Quaint, clean, 2nd floor studio condo within walking distance to the Sun Valley village. Easy living, deck with mountain views, King size bed plus Queen sofa sleeper. Comfortably sleeps 2, but could accommodate one or two more people if necessary. Small oven range, morning coffee, with everything you need to enjoy the easy lifestyle of Sun Valley!
This condo is mostly updated, the kitchen and bathroom cabinets a little “80’s,” but clean, furnished and includes a flat screen tv and access to Wifi. It's hard to beat the location and ease of this cute little property! **The photo with the mirror actually makes the room appear larger than it is. The total sq. ft. of the condo is approx. 450 sf. There is NO A/C in the unit but it is equipped with fans that generally keep it cool as long as the blinds are closed during the day. Please note, there is NO A/C or lodge pool access.

Kristy was great to deal with and the condo was well stocked. I cooked a lot and it met my needs. Bed was comfortable and we had an amazing time. Just what we needed. No downside. We would stay again!

Kristie’s place was great for our stay. It was close to everything and she provided great info about the area, things to do, and places to eat. It was very easy to contact her when we had questions and she responded quickly. We’ll definitely stay there again when we get back to Sun Valley!
