Completed multiple ID verifications before arrival and still had to call Vacasa customer service to get door code. Luckily, the property was unlocked upon arrival.

The condo is so cute, clean and had everything we needed. The bed is really comfortable! We will be back!!!

So the property management company put a code lock with 10 numbers on it that had to be entered every time you want to enter. The code lock took 3-4 try's ever time to take the code even with the correct numbers were entered. This ended up being a huge pain and very frustrating. We would have stayed in the until before and its great, but were avoid it now due to the lock.

Condo was great, well equipped, great location. Pool passes took 2 days to get- they were not in the unit when we arrived. Wifi instructions were wrong and required a phone call to get correct network and password.
