Absolutely loved our villa.

The cleanliness and the helpful staff and the tranquil environment.

The villa was great, and the overall atmosphere in the complex is peaceful, perfect for a calm getaway. The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly.

Nothing I could think of. Maybe the only thing is that there was no isolation between the rooms, and given the fact that we were a big group, everyone could hear everything in every room.

Well-maintained common areas and a large swimming pool.

In the evening, the lighting in the complex is poor. Our apartment was on the second floor. On the last night I had to go down the stairs that were not visible because the entrance to the house is not lit, as a result I did not see one of the stairs and now I have a sprained ankle. The apartment we were in is not maintained - everything in the bathroom is broken, there is nowhere to put soap or shampoo. The switch in the shower cabin is broken, and the receiver keeps falling off while you are taking a shower. The batteries in all the remotes were dead - on the air conditioners and the TV. We had to buy and replace them. I expected better maintenance for the amount we paid. Also, the refrigerators were full of ice because they hadn't been defrosted recently and therefore didn't work. We had to defrost them to get them to work. I think when you rent a vacation property to a family, you should check the property out beforehand!
