Arthotel Oscar I Sozopol

Très beau petit hôtel très central à Sozopol proche de la mer, du old Town et de très bons restaurants. Chambre petite mais très confortable. La gérante/propriétaire est très sympathique et s’est tenue disponible toutes les fois où nous l’avons sollicité.

Fantastic location! We loved the balconies for our 2 rooms.

There are a few quirks in room 9 that the beds have low ceilings. We could not figure out how to use air conditioner to cool off the rooms once we came back from the day.

Clean, beautiful house, great value, great location.

For 4 nights not even the trash was taken out! The windows were not cleaned since last summer, you pick up toilet paper yourself which is stacked in a plastic bucket at the front door of the property. Cleanliness is out of question- surfaces like TV screen, mirror or bathroom sink counter were greasy and neglected for god knows how long, balcony was dusty and neglected too. I see nothing “art” in the “hotel”, this place is an overpriced hostel at best and certainly shouldn’t be advertised as hotel. Also if you need something from the hosts after 10 pm it’s impossible to contact them, not nice in case you forget your key (we had to climb through the balcony on the 2nd floor).
