I liked that the hotel has parking and it was very organised but it was a little bit small area, for big cars! But the staff maked that every car were on its spot perfectly
That there wasnt a mosquito door on the doors in the balcony

The view from the pool area is great. There was one girl that made an effort to service.
The staff simply don't work. There was nobody at the reception desk; we had to wait more than 20 minutes for check in. There is staff at the pool bar; but they don't work either (no idea why they are there). Also no idea why they advertise with "french balcony" - it's misleading. It's not a balcony, they are just bars to prevent people from falling down. Actually I expected a Parisienne balcony where you can fit one chair to have a coffee - ha ha the joke's on me. We requested parking space and were given one. They write your license plate on a black board outside at your spot and that way reserve. The next day our spot was taken. They just wrote a different plate number on the board "because their car was bigger" (which was not). In the room no closet for clothes.
