Хотел, чистота, персонал, отношение, съоръжения, ресторант - всичко беше безупречно. Най-добрият хотел на българското черноморие, в който сме отсядали. Почистваше се ежечасно, винаги имаше към кого да се обърнем и се чувствахме напълно обгрижени. Храната в ресторанта беше много вкусна и подготвена с внимание. Персоналът е съставен от млади, усмихнати и учтиви хора, които винаги имаха време да ни попитат как върви престоят ни и дали имаме нужда от нещо. Мениджърът е страхотен професионалист и човек, и е със заразно добро настроение. Хотелът е на 2 минути от плажа, има безплатен паркинг, всеки ден има малки комплименти като кафе и вода в стаята ни, както и на pool бара ни изненадваха с чинийка с плодове напълно безплатно. Този хотел тотално провали за нас почиването на българското черноморие, в смисъла на това че вече не виждаме как бихме избрали да отсядаме другаде.

Не останахме повече дни.

За мен това е един от най-приятните хотели по Черноморието! Големи стаи, истинско 5-звездно обслужване от персонала! Храната беше невероятна, има просторен паркинг, pet friendly e, а басейнът без химикали ме впечатли изключително много, за което хотелът е удостоен със специална награда. Закуската беше изключително богата, а плажът е на 2 мин. Препоръчвам с две ръце!!!

Great experience; close to the beach and to the city center

The staff were generally very attentive, kind and helpful throughout our stay, particularly the breakfast staff, who were exceptionally attentive and helpful every morning. Breakfast had a good selection, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the gym had sufficient facilities, and having parking was very convenient.

The jacuzzi was dirty on several occasions. The late checkout policy felt unnecessarily inflexible. Standard check-in is at 15:00, while checkout is at 11:00. We only needed one additional hour until 12:00 and were told it would cost €15, despite the room being available and not needed for another guest. In my experience, charging for a single additional hour when the room is available is not common practice for hotels of this standard, particularly when the hotel is already charging a premium rate. €15 for just one extra hour felt excessive, so we simply checked out at 11:00. The classic massage was very disappointing and was the one exception to the otherwise attentive and kind staff. I arrived three minutes early and the therapist immediately pointed this out in a way that made me feel unwelcome. The room was cold, the air conditioning blew directly onto me, and the lighting and music were not relaxing. He never asked about the pressure or how I was finding the massage, and I didn’t feel comfortable commenting during the treatment. At the end, the only thing he said was where to pay and that I could leave a tip if I wanted. The massage itself felt more like light caressing than an actual massage, with very little pressure or effort, and I felt no difference afterwards.
