The beach, all green areas, flowers and walking paths, animation team and night show, kind staff, delicious food, hotel room was nice also
Lots of people for dinner, not enough tables for guests. You need to wait to have dinner. Reserving sun beds on the beach is very annoying and happens every day.

Everything was exceptional. Delicious food, very friendly staff and perfect location. So much things to do here, you will never get bored. The entertainment team is amazing too!
The bathrooms need a little bit of refreshment.

The room was clean! The private beach. The friendly bartender at the beachfront.
The staff at the restaurants were not friendly, they didn’t understand Bulgarian or English. At Aqua park they stoped the water, you should wait a few hours to start again. At the hotel website they said you can use the tennis courts just to ask for the rackets. But at the front desk they told us that we can play just if we bring our ones.
