Mooie locatie die vooral in de zomer top moet zijn. Groot en ruim genoeg voor een gezellige familiereünie. De tuin is schitterend, de omgeving geeft niet een extra boost. De eigenaar is een snelle veelschrijver wanneer het hem aanbelangt, andersom regeert de stilte.
Het (sanitair) comfort valt tegen. Het huis is op verschillende vlakken aan renovatie toe. De verwarming en isolatie (enkel glas) is niet meer van deze tijd, in de winter krijg je het niet gezellig warm. Als men daar dan ook nog een verdienmodel van maakt door het verbruik aan te rekenen tegen prijzen die sterk hoger zijn dan de marktprijzen wordt dit bitter. De eigenaars rekenen alles aan tot een gebroken tasje toe. Prijs kwaliteit is het nu niet top.
