Deposit & Payment Information
The homeowner will contact you in advance, and the deposit along with all additional costs must be paid via bank transfer. Cash payment on arrival is not accepted. Additional costs will be deducted from the deposit, including bed linen and bath linen, cleaning costs, garbage costs, tourist tax, electricity, water, and gas consumption, as well as any damages if applicable. The remaining amount of the deposit should be refunded to the guest after these deductions.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
