The housekeeping staff ensured that everything was tidy and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The affordability of this hotel was truly remarkable. Despite its budget-friendly rates, Hotel Villa Neander provided all the essential amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was cozy and equipped with a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and a television. The complimentary Wi-Fi was a pleasant bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my visit. The hotel's location was another advantage. Situated in a convenient area, it offered easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Whether I wanted to explore the area or indulge in some local cuisine, everything was within reach, saving me both time and money. The staff at Hotel Villa Neander were friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with any questions I had or provide recommendations for nearby attractions. Their warm and helpful demeanor added to the overall positive experience of my stay.

The rooms are facing the hotel parking lot. so I immediately have vehicles in front of me when I open the door or window.

I stayed in the apartment on the top floor facing the promenade. The room was tastefully furnished and had every comfort. I enjoyed the terrace and the breakfast was fabulous! For my birthday I received a glass of Sekt; the staff was so friendly and helpful. I slept very well. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Binz!

Superb

A wonderful family-run hotel right on the main street of Binz, close to everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the quality of the breakfast was excellent. We had a spacious two-room apartment with a balcony from where we could hear the sea.

My only minor suggestion is that a little more variety in the breakfast choices would be welcome, otherwise everything was perfect.

Frühstück war sehr gut, gute Auswahl und am Neujahrstag sogar 1 Glas Sekt. Abendessen im Restaurant war auch sehr gut. Lage sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich.

Das Abendessen im Restaurant war zwar sehr gut aber auch teuer. Uns war nicht bewusst, dass man jetzt in einigen Restaurants einen Grundpreis für Fisch oder Fleisch hat (15 bis 18 €) und Beilagen, Soße, Gemüse und Salatbeilage extra bezahlen muss. Parkplätze sind sehr eng und knapp, wenn es voll belegt ist.

Sehr gute Lage. Kurze Wege.Unterkunft war sauber und üblicherweise mit einem Bett,Tisch und 2 Stühlen sowie mit einer kleinen Küche (ohne Kochgelegenheit),aber mit einem Kühlschrank eingerichtet. Schönes Bad,Dusche geräumig. Sehr nettes Personal, sehr guter Koch!!, das Essen war superlecker

Es war wunderbar!

Es war perfekt. Es hat nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch Dank der freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Leckeres Frühstück, gute Matratzen, Bandausstattung modern und hochwertig. Essen in der Gaststätte hat super geschmeckt. Großes Lob an den Koch!

Wir fanden es sehr schön und kommen auch gerne wieder.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig mit allem was dazu gehört. Ob Brötchen oder Brot, Jogurt oder Quark, frisches Obst ,Wurst Käse oder Salate es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal ist super nett !!! Das ein und auschecken ging schnell und völlig problemlos vonstatten. Die Lage ist absolut zentral da es direkt an der Flaniermeile liegt.Bis zur Seebrücke sind es vielleicht 3 Minuten.

Leider war das Treppenhaus mit Essengerüchen belegt. Liegt wohl daran das sich auch ein Restaurant im Haus befindet.

Immer wieder gerne Urlaub im Apartment des Hotels

Ganz besonders erwähnenswert war die außerordentliche Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und sowohl im Schlafzimmer als auch im Wohn-/Essbereich mit einem ausreichend großen Fernseher ausgestattet. Die Dusche war groß und verfügte über eine Hand- und eine Regendusche. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es war alles frisch und sehr lecker. Das Hotel liegt zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe der Seebrücke.

Pæne og rummelige værelser. Der var pænt og rent alle steder på hotellet. Dejlig restaurant med dejlig mad. Rigtig fin beliggenhed.

Lidt sparsomt med parkerings plads lige ved hotellet, men ellers kunne man parkere 5 minutters gå gang fra hotellet.

Das Bett (die Matratzen) war SUPER in unserem Zimmer! Das Frühstückspersonal SEHR aufmerksam und angagiert. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Die Lage des Hotels perfekt für uns - Zentral aber trotzdem sehr ruhig...Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden sehr gern wieder kommen ♡

Det låg väldigt centralt med närhet till restauranger och stranden. Hotell har väldigt god mat på sin restaurang samt fräsch frukost. Trevliga och rymliga rum som är fint iordninggjorda och rent och snyggt

Das Frühstück war spitze, die zwei jungen Damen haben alles gegeben, sogar immer ein nettes Wort und ein Lächeln 😃. Da ist man gleich noch besser drauf. Die beiden sind gold Wert , wissen was Urlauber brauchen !!!! Man kann sie nur weiter empfehlen, was wir innerhalb der Familie ind Freunde getan haben. Macht weiter so !!!!! 😉
