I stayed for 3 nights with my friend, and we loved it! The room was nice and tidy, cleaned daily, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was pretty spacious too. The location of the hotel is very convenient: the Cipro subway station is only 2 minutes away, there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, and Musei Vaticani are just a 10-minute walk from the hotel! For the price you pay, it is an amazing choice if you are staying for a few days! This is also a great option if you are low on money but don't want to stay in a cheap hostel!
The only real issue we had, which is more like a suggestion, was regarding the dishes and cutlery in the room. We only had plastic cups and napkins, which aren't very convenient even if you just want to have breakfast in the room. I think it would be better and more ecologically friendly to replace the plastic cups with the normal ones, as they can last longer and could be cleaned instead of just being thrown away. It would also be great to have at least two plates and spoons/forks, because even if you bring the food with you, it can be hard to eat it without the basic stuff.

5 mins walk to Cipro metro station and 15 mins walk to the Vatican. The neighborhood is nice and safe. The room was cleaned everyday. Check in was easy.
The owner gave us a different room than we booked. It was in another building (close to this one) that also belonged to him. Not too spacious room. We were asked to pay in cash only and we got no receipt whatsoever. Getting in touch with the owner was a bit difficult via Viber messages.

Location is really good. Only 5 minutes to metro station Cipro. Easy to go everywhere. Very clean.

The only good thing about the property is location and good wifi. The room is really small. The owner didnt bring the key on time, even though I wrote him my arrival time, so I had to use roaming and call him. Plus the area is really durty.
