Das Haus liegt im Val Müstair in Tschierv. Wenn man aus dem Fenster schaut, hat man gleich freien Blick auf Berge, die knapp 3000 m hoch sind, was direkt zum Wandern oder Biken einlädt. Unweit vom Haus sind sowohl ein kostenfreies Freibad (welches Tag und Nacht begehbar ist), der Dorfkonsum (welcher gut sortiert ist) und die Bushaltestelle (wo stdl. ein Bus fährt). Somit ist das Haus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um diesen wunderschönen Landstrich zu erkunden. Das Haus ist sehr groß, die Zimmer und Bäder sehr sauber. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet mit einer Unzahl an Küchenutensilien, einem riesigen Kühlschrank und sehr viel Geschirr. Daran angrenzend ist das Ess- und Wohnzimmer mit einem lang gezogenen Tisch für mind. 12 Personen. Im Haus gibt es einen großen Keller mit Tischtennisplatte, Fahrradständern, einem zweiten Kühlschrank und einer Waschmaschine. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Er hilft oft mit Rat (z. B. Fahrradmitnahme beim Postbus) und leiht auch persönliche Utensilien kostenlos aus.
