Location and landlady excellent. Cycling room with tools, stands, maintenance stand end pump is very useful for cyclists.

Casa pulita, fornita di tutto, comodissima anche la ski room. Posizione centrale e perfetta per raggiungere le piste da sci.

Bormio molto carina, clima fresco con passeggiate stupende e ottimo mangiare

La nota lieta è stata la Sig,ra Mariana, gentile precisa puntuale e affabile come si spera di trovare dopo un lungo viaggio in macchina e si ha solo voglia di sistemarsi a casa; posto auto gratuito sotto l'appartamento è l'altra nota lieta. La casa è ubicata in posizione ottima perchè a 50m dal centro storico pedonale di Bormio e ovviamente anche questo aspetto per me era fondamentale, inoltre essendo dotata di doppia camera da letto e doppio bagno era ideale per la mia famiglia essendo in 4 con 2 cani. Inoltre al piano terra era presente una camera attrezzata come ripostiglio bike e mini officina per potersi fare regolazioni e settaggi vari, ottimo.

Ci sono molte cose, purtroppo, che non mi sono piaciute dell'appartamento: eravamo in 4 con 2 cani ma c'era anche un divano letto nella cucina quindi suppongo si possa dormire addirittura in 5/6, com'è possibile mettere un frigorifero come quelli delle camere d'albero per 2 persone? entrava poco e niente quindi per la roba fresca dovevo fare la spesa tutti i giorni avendo anche il mangiare dei cani. Il divisorio del balcone tra la casa nostra e quella accanto è stato posizionato prima della finestra di uno dei bagni che, quindi, dava sul balcone della casa accanto perciò non potevo mai tenerla aperta perchè il rischio era che mi passasse qualcuno davanti e senza nessuna colpa perchè quello è il loro balcone: una sola parola ASSURDO! Lo specchio dei bagni aveva un buco o una staffa per luce interna rotta senza alcuna lampadina. tanti particolari, specie in bagno, rotti o raffazzonati alla meno peggio, questa cosa è inaccettabile perchè non si paga poco anzi! Considerate che il figlio di 16 anni paga la tassa di soggiorno come un adulto e i cani pagano 7€ al giorno (che diventeranno 10€). Finestre con ante decisamente vecchie che cigolavano per essere chiuse. Insomma diversi aspetti negativi che non mi sarei aspettato; lascio foto esaustive di tutto quanto scritto con tratteggio BLU e ROSSO per evidenziare i problemi.

Velmi dobré ubytování s vlastním parkovištěm v centru Bormia.

V ubytování je k dispozici parkoviště, výborně vybavená lyžárna (vyhřívání lyžáků, nářadí). Pokoje jsou velmi dobře vybavené, pohodlné postele. V kuchyni je vše potřebné na vaření, talíře, příbory, chybí jen mikrovlnná trouba, i když jsme neměli potřebu si jídlo ozařovat, někomu by mohla chybět. Z pokoje je výhled přímo na sjezdovku. Na zastávku Skibusu je to asi 150 metrů tj. asi 4 minuty chůze v lyžákách. Do centra stačí přejít ulici a jste tam. Nejbližší supermarket PAM (něco jako malá Billa) je blízko náměstí, asi 200 metrů od ubytování. V přízemí je umístěna pračka se sušičkou, k vyprání prádla si musíte pořídit prací prášek v blízkém supermarketu.

V kuchyni je pouze nůž na pečivo, pokud si chcete dělat steaky máte smůlu. Nejspíš je to proto, aby si hosté neublížili ostrým nožem. Absence mikrovlnky nebyl zase takový problém, když je v kuchyni horkovzdušná trouba.
