Location. Size. Host great.

Kitchen facilities poor. Very difficult to self catering to a large group. One single plug located over hob and very close to sink. Electricity and water do not mix and this set up being very dangerous would not meet code.

Exceptional

We appreciated very much the location, walking distance (uphill) from Bormio center in a calm and Green setting. We had a big two bedrooms apartment at the ground floor with own washing machine which is comfortable for families with small kids. Views from the apartments on the other floors must be stunning, but not all have their own washing machine:). Excellent amenities all in all. Extremely kind staff, found solutions immediately for our small requests. Thank you!

Exceptional

We were there for a bike holiday, to visit all the famous passes, Stelvio, Gavia, Mortirolo... The host was very nice. She really took the time to explain where everything was in Bormio, where the best roads for cycling are... Since there were no guests the day after we left, she allowed a late checkout, so we could shower after a bike ride. Great property, great host, would come again.

Gedateerd complex met weinig comfort.

Wij hadden 2 vierpersoons appartementen voor 8 personen. Een van de appartementen was echt ruim, de ander gebruikelijk. De ontvangst was heel prettig. Er werd voor onze skipassen gezorgd.

Het is een betrekkelijk oud gebouw (schatting: rond 1980) en de appartementen zijn op een aantal punten aan renovatie toe. Het is allemaal heel 'basic' en niet alles werkt. In een van de appartementen een onbruikbare afzuiging en een radiator die niet warm wordt, een dunne waterstraal in de keuken, die pas na minuten warm wordt. De vaste bedden gaan nog wel, al zijn ze erg zacht, maar de slaapbanken zijn eigenlijk voor volwassenen niet bruikbaar, je voelt de veren. In een appartement is een hoogslaper zonder enige valbeveiliging. Onze volwassen dochter durfde er niet te slapen. De inrichting is minimaal. Er is aan glaswerk: 6 waterglazen. Wijn en water tegelijk gaat al niet en je moet continu tussendoor afwassen. Dat is lastig, want je krijgt 1 kleine theedoek voor de hele week en er is geen afwasmachine. Zelfde met het bestek: er zijn 6 messen en vorken en dat betekent tussendoor afwassen, als je een voor- of nagerecht hebt. Een kromme koekenpan en een waterkoker die je 10 tot 20 keer moet schakelen, voordat hij aangaat. Je verwacht toch wat meer luxe en ook wat meer zorg: geen plastic zakken, geen peper en zout, afwasmiddel voor precies 1 keer afwassen enz. De ligging is wel ok, maar in de winter moet je per auto naar de Bormio 2000, tenzij de grote afdaling open is en je goed kunt skiën. Dan is de piste ongeveer 100 meter lopen. Het is een kwartier lopen naar het stadje en terug is dat berg op. Wel mooi uitzicht over Bormio en vlakbij het oudste deel van de stad. In de zomer wordt de ligging waarschijnlijk beter ervaren.
