Our place was very clean and located in such a great part of town ! Close to David’s ski rental and the gondola !! Lots of restaurants and shops near by!!

Nice apartment in walking distance to center of Livigno. Everything clean and nice. Big sleeping couch, but takes most of the room if open. Nice terrace, but people of other rooms walk by close. Difficult to have terrace door open during night. Online Check In did not work.

Convenient place to stay, however it‘s extremly noisy, you hear everything from the hallway, flushing toilets or neigbours. Functional Equipment but basic quality and no proper beds. Very nice and friendly staff and close to centro.

Generally the rooms seems worn down, and the interior pretty cheap. The studio only have what is needed and nothing more. Basically a few beds and chairs. Location is fine, not too far from a connection lift. The checkin procedure seems very unprofessional: This place has no reception, why you have to call a specific phone number upon arrival. Upon arrival when we called that number, it did not answer for almost 2 hours, resulting in us standing outside the building waiting in the evening. We were then checked in by some guy who were told we had to pay a "late check-in fee", even though we had been trying to call the reception since 20.00 (inside normal hours).
