BMP APARTMENT GIOIOSA 2 giardino vista Lago Maggiore

L’emplacement proche de Stresa et les îles, la vue sur le lac et l’accès direct en face de la résidence pour s’y baigner. Le petit jardinet. La bonne literie. La grande douche. La climatisation. Le parking sécurisé

Le parc serait magnifique si mieux entretenu. La cafetière trop petite ( 1 seul café « français » possible). Le disjoncteur extérieur sautait presque tous les jours.

Die Wohnung ist eher klein aber gut und mit einer super Aussicht.Die Fotos sind nicht ganz aktuell. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine (im Bad versteckt), Klimaanlage und TV im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle und einen kleinen italienischen Espressokocher. Babybett ist auf Anfrage vorhanden Der private Strand ist gleich unterhalb der Villa man muss über die befahrene Uferstraße gehen. Er ist eher wild und steinig aber man kann sehr gut schwimmen. Wir haben ihn sehr genossen.

Check in war nur bis 18:30 möglich und Kaution muss bar hinterlegt werden. Nach dem Wäscheständer mussten wir fragen. Die Handtücher rochen leicht muffig. Leider hatten wir mehrmals Stromausfall, vor allem nachts. Das Problem ist bekannt denn der Herr beim Checkin zeigte uns schon vorab was zu tun ist. Sinnvoller wäre aber das Problem zu beheben.  Das Sofa war voller Hundehaare. Wenig Verbrauchsmaterial vorhanden. Seife, Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier mussten wir selbst besorgen.

Das Haus steht in einem schönen Park und die Aussicht auf den See ist grandios

Die Wohnung ist sehr weit ausserorts. Die Küche ist recht spärlich eingerichtet. Und leider roch es etwas muffig und die Bettwäsche war klamm. Für unseren kleinen Hund mussten wir für 2 Übernachtungen 50.-€ ! bezahlen, das ist nicht angemessen.

The apartment has airco, a kitchenette with refrigerator, a garden and a place to park the car. The region is excellent for well-trained cyclists (lots of steep slopes).

The location is not convenient: in order to safely reach the nearest interesting places (Stresa or Belgirate), it is necessary to go along a 2 lane road without bike or pedestrian path over 4km. The so-called private beach is not suitable for laying or swimming. The roads around the lake are not suitable for relaxed biking. In the neighborhood there are very little facilities for kayaking or canoo, and Lago Maggiore in general turned out to be much less attractive for water activities than other lakes in the region. People from one of the ferries from Stresa to one of the islands tried to cheat by asking to pay once more upon the return trip.
