Toplocatie, direct.aan het strand, nu even niet rechtstreeks toegankelijk door een storm. Veel ruimte en groot zwembad.

Location is one of the best, the beach is on the doorstep. The owner lived on site and was constantly caring for the garden which was sweet and he was very welcoming to us and our baby, we felt welcome!

There is a tacky orange fence up all around the pool which means no direct beach access- this has apparently been the case since Janaury this year (2026), we visited in June. This means you have to walk through a (busy) public car park instead. The whole reason we booked this place (as I imagine for most) was for direct beach access. The management company knew this and didn't mention anything then when we got there said they cannot refund but can reduce the price (so they could've refunded), it was 7pm and we had a baby so didn't have time to look for anywhere else, not a nice experience when on holiday with family. The patio area and pool is shared with everyone else on site- this isn't obvious from the pictures. It's fine but meant we were wary of leaving doors open and it's not great when you have a group of 5 smokers staying next door to you and your baby..

At der var lavet en lille nedgang til stranden, mens skaderne fra stormen blev lavet ( skete ikke noget mens vi var der )

Great location on the beach with spacious secure parking and garden area.

Very inconvenient accessing and exiting property as I needed keys to open the gates. We only had one set of keys so if one person wanted to go out the others were literally “ trapped “ on the property. This may not always be the case but there has been some subsidence on the edge of the property adjacent to the beach which is securely fenced off. This not only ruins the view of the beach and sea but completely prevents access to the property via the beach. The property also needs some maintenance- bannister rail to upstairs is not secure and toilet flush cover is missing. The outside area is spacious with lots of chairs/ tables and sunbeds but there is a lot of “ stuff” around which makes it feel scruffy. The owner seemed lovely and once the repairs are completed this will be a much better option to stay at. There is also a security camera facing the pool area so it didn’t feel very private .
