It is a Perfect Location with a pool which is located perfectly directly near the beach
Air condition was not working in the sleeping room. They fixed it when we left. So in the future no problem but for us is was quite hot during the nights…

La posizione fronte mare. Il proprietario molto carino e disponibile, sempre pieno di consigli. Il giardino e la piscina, che cura direttamente , erano sempre perfetti. Ci sono lettini e sdraio a disposizione. Angelo, il contatto dell’agenzia, disponibile e cordiale. Molto attento.
Purtroppo, con il tifone di gennaio 2026, è crollato il muro di cinta verso la spiaggia togliendo di fatto l’accesso diretto alla spiaggia, un motivo per cui abbiamo prenotato questo appartamento, ma la cosa grave è che non è segnalato da nessuna parte. Solo una volta prenotato, si riceve una mail che lo comunica. L’accesso alla spiaggia è dal parcheggio adiacente. Per tutto il 2026 sarà così. Bagno da sistemare e disincrostare un po’ meglio.

Location was perfect. Quiet, but walking distance to bars, restaurants. Beautiful beach on the doorstep. The place was very well maintained and clean.
The second bed/ bedroom was a little small but other than that everything was amazing.
