Nothing to complain about, if you find the shortcut to beach (pedestrian road to reach beach is just over the street, it's very close to it).

Хорошее расположение, очень близко к пляжу. Мы ходили купаться и потом возвращались на виллу, идти 3 минуты. Есть все необходимое. Красиво, чисто. Хозяин постоянно на связи.

Great location and lovely villa - everything we needed for a really great stay and the beach was a 2 minute walk away! Fabio was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble.

We loved the location 2 minutes from the beach but also within easy distance of Ortigia, Noto and all the lovely towns in the south east as well as an easy day trip for Etna. The villa was a really chilled space with an outdoor shower which was brilliant for coming back from the beach. The villa had everything we needed and we loved it. Fabio was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble. He also sent us lots of useful links for restaurants and places to go.
