Villa Silvia 30mt from the Beach sea view

Очень уютная вилла в тихом месте, но рядом с морем, все что нужно для прекрасного отдыха было в наличии: кухонные принадлежности, посудомойка, огромная духовка, маленькая духовка настольная , а самое главное огромная терраса с видом на море!!! Как прекрасно завтракать и встречать закат было на ней! Марио радушный хозяин !

The property has an excellent location, right next to a white sandy beach with restaurants and beach bars nearby. The kitchen was very well equipped and comfortable areas to sit inside and outside. We were there over Christmas and it felt warm and comfortable. The area is also excellent for exploring must see hotspots of Syracuse, Ortigia, noto, Regusa etc. The owner Mario was also very helpful and responsive - highly recommend!

The bathrooms were in need of some modernization, but we understand from the owner that this is shortly to take place.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Stay at a Gorgeous Villa! We stayed 8 nights at this stunning villa and absolutely loved it! We chose it for its proximity to the beach and its convenient location for visiting nearby cities — and it was the perfect choice. The villa itself is beautifully designed, tastefully furnished inside and out, and extremely well equipped with everything you might need for a short or long stay. The large terrace offers a gorgeous view, the yard is lovely, and there’s secure parking. You can easily walk to local bars and restaurants, which makes the location even more ideal. And most importantly, the host Mario is exceptional — he made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sicily. Very highly recommended!
