Suite Home Sorrento

It was just a home away from home. Location in the centre is excellent. Walking distance to everything in Sorrento. So convenient for the ferry port. Home was very clean, comfortable (especially the bed), and has everything you need. The hosts were so friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect, close proximity to the beach area and in the heart of the town for restaurants and shopping at night. Giusy the host is also very prompt in responses and quickly arranged for a light to be replaced in the bathroom upstairs.

A consequence of great location meant that we were kept up at night or woken up early mornings by restaurants closing or setting up almost every day. The neighbour across the court yard also loves his loud TV in the early mornings. The property is also very limited by lack of natural light.

We arrived to two kids and had to wait almost an hour to have someone show up to give us the keys. I had notified them when we would arrive, which they confirmed. Once we arrived, I continued to call and message them but no one answered. I finally had to leave to get a bottle of water for the kids because we were stuck outside. Finally, the owner sent her sister who was nice but did not have all the information. We then had to coordinate a time during our stay to meet up with the owner to give her our documents and pay, which should have been done during check in. We were also paid double for the city tax, which they reimbursed when I noticed. However, we are charged a fee for cleaning which was not stated on the booking. They would not give us our money back for this, even though we showed that we could not see this information on our end.
