Suite Home Sorrento

Wir waren 7 Tage in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mitten drin und doch ruhig, da in einer Seitenstraße. Interessante geschmackvolle Farbwahl und Einrichtung. Allerdings muss man beachten, dass zum oberen Stockwerk (Küche, Balkon, 2. Bad) eine schmale Wendeltreppe führt, die vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache ist - uns hat dies keine Probleme bereitet. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Küche war mit allem ausgestattet. Herzlichen Dank liebe Giusy

Tökéletes helyen volt, mindenhez közel. Isteni kávét kaptunk. A szállásadó hölgy végtelen kedves és segítőkész. Elégedettek voltunk.

A lenti szinten nem volt ablak, csak a mosdóban és kicsit hideg volt, hogy nem sütött be a nap.

Great location in the center of the city. It was a large apartment with all amenities

We arrived to two kids and had to wait almost an hour to have someone show up to give us the keys. I had notified them when we would arrive, which they confirmed. Once we arrived, I continued to call and message them but no one answered. I finally had to leave to get a bottle of water for the kids because we were stuck outside. Finally, the owner sent her sister who was nice but did not have all the information. We then had to coordinate a time during our stay to meet up with the owner to give her our documents and pay, which should have been done during check in. We were also paid double for the city tax, which they reimbursed when I noticed. However, we are charged a fee for cleaning which was not stated on the booking. They would not give us our money back for this, even though we showed that we could not see this information on our end.
