Its location is so central. Fully air conditioned . Great shower, comfortable beds. Beautiful historic building to get the full Italian experience. The host was available to help in anyway you needed. Great kitchen facilities, for eating in. It was best accommodation I have stayed in Italy. Would definitely return.

Wonderful character, lots of space and had everything we needed.
Road noise was sometimes loud mainly weekend nights but that is just part of the experience and location! Can’t be changed and we got used to it really quickly.

The location is very good as it is so close to everything especially services like rail and ferry. Loved sitting on the little balcony watching the world below.
I’m a light sleeper and found it to be very noisy, cars, bikes and delivery vans are using the laneways from about 4am. There’s also a restaurant below.
