About this house rental
Casa Graziella E is a charming apartment located in the center of Sorrento. It sleeps two people. From Casa Graziella E you will enjoy a view of the surrounding ancient alleys. Casa Graziella E is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the center of Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port.
Casa Graziella E is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building by way of an elevator.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Graziella E. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). Casa Graziella names six apartments belonging to an ancient building in the centre of Sorrento. The building dates back to 1600, and it has been carefully restored. The structure is located into a typical pedestrian alley, at a few steps from piazza Tasso (Sorrento's main piazza), the public garden and the access to the beach.
You will get into a large barrel vaulted entrance, from where you will access the apartments through an elevator, or just going up the elegant external stairs.
At Casa Graziella there is a reception open every day to help you even to plan your excursions. A lovely lady will welcome you and will be available for any information and assistance you may need.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; mid-week cleaning; linens, changed mid-week; towels, changed mid-week. Available for a fee, if desired:pets;baby bed EUR 15.00/day;check-in after 10 pm EUR 20.00. Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 4.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 18 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 100 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Living Room
The living room is paved with original handmade majolica tiles. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen has no door. It is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster.
Bedroom
The bedroom is located on the mezzanine level that overlooks the living room. You will be able to enter it from the living room going up a spiral staircase. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

It was our second time staying there. Perfect location.
Giusy [the caretaker] greeted us each morning with a smile and was very attentive to our needs. She helped us get organised each morning to have an enjoyable stay in Sorrento.

We had a great time here. 3 adults - 2 parents and 22 year old son. We were looking for a base, knowing we wanted to be out and about experiencing Sorrento and the areas around - and Casa Graziella E met our needs 100%.
The accommodation is basic, clean and comfortable. It is well situated for the harbour, bus and train station, and the shops and restaurants. The sleeping accommodation for the 3rd person could be a little more comfortable, and the spiral staircase up to the double bedroom is a little narrow; but that said the location more than makes up for these negatives. We had a great time in the heart of Sorrento.
I booked with Summer In Italy because I was looking for a competitively priced apartment in the heart of Sorrento. And I was not disappointed. I loved the location and the apartment was ideal for us.

We loved Casa Graziella, everything you need is there and what ever more you need, just ask for it.
Very quiet, best location, right in the middle of everything, shops, restaurants, a short walk to the port using the lift nearby.
More than spacious for two and if you have children, enough privacy for all.
Well appointed kitchen, nothing missing.
Spacious bathroom, great in winter, very warm.
View on the narrow street below with beautiful Christmas lights at night.
Great value would highly recommend.
