A comfortable apartment with lovely views from the balcony. Good situation for access to main town and beach.

The property had a lovely view from the balcony and was well equipped. It was a short walk down steps to the centre of Petrovac. Ideally situated if you haven’t a car. There is a pool in the grounds of the next building which we were told we could use.

It was quite difficult to find as we had a car and the entrance is at the back of the building down a steep drive. Parking is good as there is a reserved spot for the apartment.

Valuable place for a longer stay

The owners of apartments very polite and helpful. An apartment newly designed, has all necessary things - kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, etc.

A bit war from the sea, if you want to go by foot, you need to take a challenge to survive couple dozen of stairs steps. But it’s healthy.

Great apartment and fantastic hosts

Our apartment was spotlessly clean with a beautiful view from our balcony. The kitchen, bedroom,bathroom were excellent. The pool was amazing and spotlessly clean as well. Our host was so so helpful and friendly nothing was too much to ask of him. On our last morning we had coffee with both of our hosts and they were so kind and Friendly. We will definitely be staying here again Martin & Susan Ireland 🇮🇪

Clean and comfortable, nice view. Quiet location, good for families.

It was a little stressful we have to wait 15 minutes for apartment owner, after taxi arrived on place, at the begining. But in fact he was very helpful after that, arranged taxi for us and the flat was nice and quiet.

Great vacation in Petrovac

The apartment was sparkly clean and had everything you might need during your stay. I felt very at home and comfortable here! Miso, the host, checked us in and showed us the way to the beach, gave suggestions where to drink the best coffee and was checking in on us regularly!

The only down side to this apartment is the steps that you have to take to get back from the city/beach but the apartment itself makes up for it.

Exceptional

It is lovelly brand new small studio. Very clean and stunning sea view. Definitelly can recommend for short or longer stay. Location is good - close to supermarket and sea. Very convenient kitchen. Enough dishes. Great balcony . Very polite and careful host. Pay attention - this accomodation has no bed - it is sofa - so you should be ready for that.

Disappointing and inconvenient

The apartment is clean and modern. The kitchen was well-equipped. They were quick to respond to messages.

The place is near impossible to find. The host was very indifferent about the fact that we struggled to find it and was on the phone while we tried to check in. It is a 10 minute walk with 200+ steps to the beach, which is not the "beachfront" they advertise. We found a wasp's nest on the curtain which we removed. There is no bed in the apartment, it is a sleeper couch which is definitely the most uncomfortable and noisy one I have slept on in my life (after years of backpacking and Couchsurfing). The only bedding provided were pillows and a fitted sheet - no comforter/duvet or even a blanket sheet to sleep under. We specified a check out time, but no one arrived and we had to make a plan to pay them and return the key before we rushed off for the airport. This was very stressful because we got up early enough and were waiting for 1.5 hours for the host to show up...
