Peaceful location, but apartment needs renovation

The location of Buljarica Bay Apartments is beautiful — quiet, surrounded by nature, and far from the crowded tourist spots. A perfect place if you're looking for peace and relaxation. The bedroom was in good condition and comfortable. The hosts were helpful and generally okay. Overall, the location is great.

The apartment was not properly cleaned after the previous guests. Both the kitchen and bathroom need renovation, as they felt outdated and worn. The apartment itself needs better cleaning and some updates to meet expectations.

The room is big and well equipped. The price is convenient. The hosts are lovely.

The water in the shower and sinks are not clear and smelled weird like chlorine. There’s a peace of fabric instead of linen (it gets out of the mattress at night so you actually sleep on the mattress without sheets). The photo of the place in booking is a photo of private property near by. The place itself looks different.

Outdated in need of improving accommodation Beautiful beach

The beach was a beautiful spot if you want a quite and away from everything. The owners were friendly and helpful.

It is difficult to know if the property is being updated little by little or they never finished the job long time ago. There are lots of damages in doors, cables sticking out, and superficially clean but not in enough detail for rentals. It is perfect if you want to be in a remote place. But we found the access road from main road a bit tricky specially arriving late at night. All hosts communicated by WhatsApp during our stay in Montenegro but not this one. Our apartment was large but not looking to the sea but to a bit messy and untidy garden. It is a place with potential but run like a park for caravans. Owners were lovely and very nice people. I am trying to be truthful with my comments.

We had a pleasant weekend at Buljarica Bay house, the hosts were friendly and discreet.

Spacious house, pleasant and discreet hosts, quiet location. Generally clean.The host invited us to help ourselves to the delicious grapes and figs that were ripening in the garden.

Dishwasher was broken, inside kitchen cupboards were not clean so I didn't feel comfortable putting food there, the kitchen was not very well equipped (not many cooking utensils, colander etc.). Had to buy salt, pepper that I usually expect to find in a family friendly accommodation where I should be able to cook basic meals. Shame also about the metal dumping ground that was the view from one of the bedroom windows.

5 star location,you can almost touch the water from your own balcony. The apartment has all the essentials. When we arrived the owner gave us a nice turkish coffee and a shot of home made spirit. We cheered to some amazing days sun bathing and ocean swimming. The property has great sunbathing beds and shade for the guests . The owner is so friendly and smiley!

Make sure you grab some food and whatever you need since it is located in a quite remote place. Bring water shoes!

A little piece of paradise

The location is absolutely awesome! The road from the main road to the apartments is narrow but there are plenty of possibilities to pull over to wait for a passing car. It is a paved road, though. The apartments are not more than 50 meters from the clear Adriatic sea. It can be a bit tricky to get into the water because of the rocky shore but once you are in you feel like in paradise. Swimming goggles or snorkeling gear is strongly recommended to watch the unbelievable underwater world! I totally loved it. It's never crowded, at most I have seen 15 people on the beach. The apartments are well equipped and come with a nice balcony. If you would have the apartment on the left side of the house (seen from the sea) you can clearly hear the noise of the family and their children right underneath your balcony, but all the rest is so wonderful that you will forget about that immediately. The hosts are fabulous, checking in and out is very easy and they are offering rakija and Turkish coffee. I will definitely be back in this little piece of paradise!

A quiet place near the rocky beach with charming hosts made our stay wonderful.

Great place! Lovely and hospital hosts. We stayed for just one night, but my wife and two-year-old girl enjoyed our stay here. Apartments are 50 meters from the rocky beach, and you can hear waves in your room at night.

Water for washing not quite clean. It stinks. We got stomach viruses. Not sure from what. Grocery is not close. We had to drive 20 mins at least in order to reach one.

Ausstattung ziemlich heruntergekommen, Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, WLAN uralt, unsicher und Internet mit ständigen Unterbrechungen, immerhin haben uns die Gastgeber nach zweimaligen Beschwerden eine SIM-Karte für unseren mobilen Router zur Verfügung gestellt.

Odavno se ovako nismo odmarali i odmorili. Savršeno mesto za dolazak sa kućnim ljubimcem. Topao prijem domaćina ,bolje reci porodična atmosfera za sve vreme boravka. Plaža na domak ruke , bez gužve , na udaljenosti 20-30 m .More je savršeno cisto , na plaži je krupnije kamenje , ali uz očišćene staze za ulazak u more. Apartmani su čisti i solidno opremljeni . Lezaljke su besplatne . Prelep zalazak sunca. Boravak za svaku preporuku . Detoksikacija od gradskog načina života .
