About this house rental
Elevated and private, sitting on 5.8 acres, this 2,850sq ft. custom built home delivers high ceilings, designer finishes and multiple entertaining areas that open to the resort style yard with pool. This spectacular 180 degree views of Lake Chelan, Chelan Butte, Stormy Mountain, North Cascades as well as the valley floor including night time glistening waters of Lake Chelan.
This custom built home has 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2.5 baths and a kitchen bar that looks out onto the magnificent views of Lake Chelan. You can enjoy your coffee or meals sitting at the kitchen bar, or outside at the fire pit table, looking out over the lake, watching all the activities going on below. (Sleeps 8)
When it comes to eating, the kitchen is well stocked with spices, condiments and a variety of cookware to help prepare a fantastic meal, with modern appliances.
There is also a very nice dinning room table with 8 chairs off the kitchen for a nice family gathering indoors. Above that is a large living room with a TV for XBox games to play, or just sit and enjoy a good conversation.
Outside by the pool you will find a very nice fire pit table and BBQ, cooler/ice chest counter top roller cart to use for drinks, or what ever you want to keep cold. Hammock, pool loungers, patio couch and chairs w/ coffee table with umbrellas and a large box with pool toys.
In the garage you will find a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and a card table with cards and chips for playing blackjack.
This property has plenty of parking and room for your boat.
There is a Casita on the property next to the main house that is not part of the rental. There is a caretaker that lives there with a dog with a fenced yard. You will need to respect their area/privacy, parking and keep your noise down. Your cars should be parked at the main house only.

The house suited our family vacation perfectly. We were amazed at all the little things that were provided to make our trip great. Rachel our host is very responsive, we were running low on TP and ran out of laundry soap and first thing the next morning it was delivered to us. It’s a very short drive to all the fun stuff to do and the view was SPECTACULAR!!! The house was also nice and clean and all the linens were very nice. If you choose this home you will not be disappointed. The on-site caretaker was also very nice and she checked in to make sure everything was as it should be and she has the SWEETEST golden retriever
