Sleeping Configuration:
Street Level:
Best Day’s bunkroom- Built in twin over one twin and one full size bunk can sleep 4-5 kids. There’s great storage under the bunks, hooks and a closet to keep the kids organized. A full bath with tub/shower attaches to the bunk room.
Media room- Sleeps 1-2 in full-size sleeper couch, and 1 small adult or child in a pull open ottoman.
Upper Level:
-The primary suite has a 10’ vaulted ceiling, king size bed, sliding door with access to the deck, walk- in closet, and attached double sink,
en-suite bathroom. Smart TV.
-Surf’s Up suite: the 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom and Smart TV.
- The Abbey: the 3rd bedroom with 20’ ceiling, sleeps 2 in Queen bed with en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, door to balcony, and a Smart TV.
Welcome to Best Day Ever, a gorgeous modern style Lakehouse. This beautiful home is located close to the Hillside upper pool, and is two houses away from the shuttle stop for a quick jaunt down to the lakefront. This reverse style floor plan was built for gathering multiple families and friends and will easily accommodate 12. This home features a spacious private backyard with a large patio, fire pit, an 8-person hot tub and sectional seating. The partially covered upper deck is a great place to bar-be-que and enjoy a meal with friends and family. The main area features a 20’ vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, GE Cafe appliances, an oversized island, walk-in pantry, and a gas cooktop. The kitchen is equipped with a number of spices, and utensils for easy food prep. A gas fireplace provides a cozy conversational area with a comfortable sectional sofa and a nearby Williams and Sonoma farmhouse table.
The downstairs media room features a see- through fireplace, that can also be enjoyed on the patio. A game/puzzle table, beverage cooler, and a large Smart TV, as well as an XBox and Playstation, make this a great place for kids to enjoy their own space. Step outside onto the patio and enjoy the hot tub or a game of corn hole. Nearby is the two -car garage with a ping pong table for family competitions. There is also a driveway that holds two cars. A laundry room with folding table is off of the garage.

We had a fantastic stay at Best.Day.Ever.! The kitchen/living/dining area has huge vaulted ceilings with a peek-a-boo view through the windblocking poplar trees. Deck is enormous and plenty of room for socializing. Kids had a blast in the downstairs playroom area. Close to the marina to catch a ride on the side-by-side. Great memories were made this weekend.One note, there is just one cheapo bottle opener in this entire house. Middle of wine country. Unacceptable! /s

The home layout was lovely, and we enjoyed the hot tub. Unfortunately, a lot of the view was blocked by the trees. Value wise I feel this property was overpriced.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Especially in the kitchen. We stayed on property most of the time because we wanted to utilize the amenities. We used the pool, lake access, pickle ball courts, and coffee stand. Our rental had a hot tub which worked amazingly. It was a fantastic vacation.
