This luxury family home was designed for family and friends to gather and relax. This spacious home has 3798 sq ft and sleeps 19, and includes 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Located just steps away from the pool, pickleball court and playground and other amenities. There is a fully stocked kitchen with island seating, a chef's pantry, and a large dining table.
The 3-car garage is equipped for fun with a Ping Pong table, a golf simulator setup, Pac-Man, a large smart TV, a sleeper sofa and even an EV charging station. It is heated and cooled by a new mini-split system.
The patio includes a hot tub, firepit, seating for the whole family, and a new Weber Grill.
Dogs are allowed, with a maximum weight of 70 lbs and a maximum of two dogs.
There is a second fireplace in the lower level with a stone hearth and water feature for your enjoyment. The lower level also has a large format smart TV in the media room, complete with a bar sink and refrigerator. This is a great space for the kids or just hanging out.
All of this is part of an amazing community with weekly summer activities, such as s'mores, popsicles, fire pits and BBQ!

We appreciated having a dog friendly home to stay in. The home was perfectly sized for our family gathering and had all we needed. The concierge service from The Lookout was impressive w/daily texts and information on tours and wine tastings and coffee shop hours.

Uplake Perch at the Lookout in Chelan was a fantastic choice for our big group, especially with kids. The home is beautiful and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The kitchen and living room were ideal gathering spots where we could cook, relax, and spend time together. It was the perfect setup for a memorable stay.

Had a great time at the lookout. Property is tucked away down a mini cul-de-sac close to Hilltop park. Had some trouble keeping the fridge in the kitchen cold, but luckily had a backup in the garage. Mattresses are very soft, would consider bringing blowup mattress for better sleep next time. Walls felt thin, so it was hard to keep kids noise levels down during infant naps and such.

this was a great house for multi generational family.
We were close to the park and pool and close to the trail down to the lake.
