Good Day Sunshine sleeps 13 across two levels and 2393 sq ft, with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The home is ideally located, steps away from the Hilltop pool and the lakefront shuttle stop and a short walk from the new Vineyard pool and Event park. Gigabit mesh Wi-Fi ensures all devices have the fastest Internet available, and expanded Cable means you won’t miss your favorite show or sports event. All bedrooms are luxuriously appointed with memory foam mattresses, black-out shades, and a 43” 4k Roku TV.
The driveway and two-car garage include plenty of parking and a Level 2 electric vehicle charger. The garage includes cornhole boards, a ping-pong table, and a 42” TV.
The front porch is the first of three decks at Good Day Sunshine, all with plenty of seating to enjoy the amazing views! Walk inside past the entryway storage bench and you will find two large Queen bedrooms that share a full-size bathroom with dual sinks and a shower.
The bunk room down the hall sleeps 5 with two built-in solid wood bunk beds (twin over twin; twin XL over Queen). Just outside the bunk room is a second full bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub.
The media room next to the bunk room will keep everyone entertained with a 55” Roku TV, Xbox One, retro Nintendo and Super Nintendo, books/games/puzzles, and a pull out couch with a queen mattress.
Past the media room is a mud room with a utility sink and an extra-large washer and dryer.
Upstairs has an expansive great room with a vaulted ceiling to maximize the lake and mountain views. The living room has seating for everyone to relax and enjoy the fireplace or watch the 55” Roku TV. The well-stocked Chef’s kitchen has everything you need with upgraded appliances and all the bells and whistles you could want (including kids' place settings)! Coffee lovers rejoice with a 14-cup coffee maker, Keurig, grinder, and French press.
The dining room seats 8 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar. Or watch the lake sparkle as you dine outside on the huge side deck: at the dining table that seats 8, the outside bar with 4 stools, or the sectional sofa.
Just off the living room is the master suite with a vaulted ceiling, king bed, en suite bathroom with shower, dual sinks, and walk-in closet.
Stay warm in the evening in front of a fire: on the side deck around the fire table or the side patio with a built-in fire pit. You can also ease into the hot tub to watch the sunset.
Dogs are welcome but they must be under 25 pounds, non-shedding, and crate trained.

This was absolutely one of my all time favorite family vacation experiences. The house went way above and beyond my expectations. It was tastefully decorated and so thoughtfully set up. And the location could not possibly have been better. It was so good, we were looking at booking our next stay there before we had even left!

Good day Sunshine is a great house. The bunk room is awesome and the ping pong table in the garage is a bonus. Our only issue was the internet went out twice while we were there and we had to wait until the next morning for it to be fixed which was stressful for those of us working remotely and not being able to watch TV or have the kids game

Good Day Sunshine is an outstanding rental!! Plenty of space for 8 adults and a few kids. Great layout. Fully furnished kitchen and plenty of space for group meals. The outdoor deck was fantastic. Our favorite place to just chill and relax. Perfect location for view, the pool, fire pits etc. Highly recommend this place. Would love to come back, again and again. 😊
