Clean and bright. Plenty space for family of 5. Lovely host with precise information regarding access & accomodated early luggage drop before check in time so we could enjoy our day. 2 bathrooms were very useful. Great location to walk to many attractions. Train noise didn't bother us- strangely soothing!
Nothing specific to note- perhaps if we were staying longer additional seating in lounge area? Wouldn't recommend for those with mobility issues- otherwise access is easy up short flight of stairs.

Easy check in. Very communicative host. Kid friendly place with a crib, high chair, and the kids adored the provided toys. Host provided local tips. Good location, quiet building but close to restaurants, and good spot to explore Sintra including the famous castles. Parking was available for us, but is not guaranteed.
Parking spots are tight and not guaranteed, but that was clearly communicated.
